I followed all instructions as specified and watered my grass regularly , as that was what i was told to take care of however entire Summer my lawn looked really bad with bald patches and no where close to the photographs shown on the website or what was promised . all applications were done randomly and not evenly . weed removal spray was not apllied evenly and had to request for re application many times . very unprofessional ... there was no difference made to my lawn before or after hiring them . even after repeated instructions that application should only be done after ringing the bell and letting us know that they are on our property , requests were not followed. This year they ever had the guts to come back and put fertilizer on our lawn without permission / authorisation and even after we gave clear instructions that we do not want to continue the service this year . Highly unprofessional !

Paid in advance for them to take care of my lawn for a season, very very very poor level of maintenance, work is always done in a hurry some days I didn't notice anyone come to do their part, very little to no customer service once you pay in full. Do NOT i repeat DO NOT deal with these guys, very regretful.

I have been very pleased with your services, only problem was last year when you did an auto renewal. i contacted your staff and we settled everything to my complete satisfaction Happy to renew again this year your services have always with very helpfull and courtise field staff

Our grass condition was so poor and all efforts we put into it seemed fruitless. We decided we needed help and called Dr. Green. WOW, what a difference in the first year! We used Dr. Green for 2012 to provide weed control and fertilizer for our lawn. Our back lawn was a disaster but after only two visits it was much better. We found the people to be polite and courteous each visit, they always left information on the door to tell us what treatment was applied and advice to improve the health of our lawn. The price was reasonable and the service was reliable.

I purchased a voucher for a weed control package. They showed up on time and did a great job. Our yard was full of weed, but after their treatment it cleaned up as they promised.

I am happy and would highly recommend Dr Green's services. In a short time after signing up with Dr Green, a few of my neighbours noticed and complimented me on the improvement in the appearance of our lawn. What I appreciate most about Dr Green's services is the communication between Dr Green and me. As per our lawn care agreement, we were notified about lawn applications before, during, and after. So, I was fully aware of what was being done to our lawn and what I needed to do, to get the most out of the lawn treatments.

We have been using Dr Green lawn services for a number of years now and have been very satisfied. Since we started using it, our lawn is weed free and it greens up nicely each summer. The lawn is healthy and thick. Dr Green service men come regularly to do lawn treatments and always keep us informed as to when they are coming and of the condition of the lawn after servicing. We are very satisfied with Dr Green and renew our contract each year because we want to maintain the healthy quality of our lawn without the effort on our part.
