Overall I would give you a B plus rating. The workers are very good and polite. The customer service people on the phone are very nice and helpful, and fast. Just some minor issues: 1, Some of the workers who come on site don't realize I have a 3 foot strip of grass on the west side and usually miss treating it, don't know why as it's clear that my walk way is in line with it. 2. When the onsite workers see some weeds they should spot treat it right away, even if it's just to fertilize for that particular application. Doesn't hurt to have a bottle handy to spot treat them. Other than that, very good service.

Great service but we need to find a way to notify us of upcoming events. 1 day in advance is hard if we return late at night, same for email. A 2 day phone and email would be better Therefore if action is required (mark Sprinkler heads) we have sufficient time Great service careful staff Thank you

We are very pleased with the care our grass gets from Dr. Green. We have one of the best-looking lawns on our street, which is challenging in these pesticide-free times. Dr. Green carries out fertilizer and other treatments promptly, and we always get much appreciated feedback on the state of our lawn. We have been using their service for several years, and will continue to do so.

I think you guys are great. The stafff is pleasant & polite (phone staff & fellows working the lawn), You honour your commitments & in the time frame that you've indicated. Most important, my lawn looks better than several of my neighbours: the ones that really pride themselves on their tlc.(that's nasty; but, it makes me feel good)

I have tried numerous lawn companies and I was not satisfied at all I was going to take care of my lawn myself until me and my wife ran into your sales person on my street I decede to try one more company and I am very happy that I did we have the nicest and greenest lawn on our street very happy with your service we have re commanded your company to our neighbours and friends. I have had Dr. Green take care of my fertilizing, weed, and pest control needs for four years now. The technicians are courteous and respectful. They will answer my questions. If I need further services or clarification, I can call Dr. Green and speak to knowledgeable people. I have had technicians make extra trips to my property and even redo applications on the rare occasions that I have been dissatisfied. The automatic renewal is very convenient, and my rates haven't gone up in four years. My previous lawn care company, that I had for over ten years, is continuously trying to get me to switch back, but I think I'll stick with Dr. Green. In fact, I have already pre-paid for my 2013 program.
