Dear customer, we respect your point of view, but to correct an issue that you have at your location the recommendations should have been followed, as you have wrong lay out of your pipes in between the floor levels. We tried to resolve this issue a few times by hydro jetting your drain and it was working after each service that we provided for few month. You had an option to permanently fix the problem, but you never agree to do it. Drain Rescue
