We dealt with a gentleman named Roman who was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Resolved our problem in timely manner and everyone was totally professional. Answered our concerns right away. Highly recommend this company for any emergency water issues.

My basement was flooded during the torrential rain that occurred in July 16, 2024. My daughter called Drain Rescue Plumbers to the rescue. They did a fantastic job. The Indian guy gave me a $450 estimate for a slow washroom. Was agitated I paid him service call and showed him the door. Incredible

Our kitchen sink suddenly clogged. We tried drano and using a snake but nothing would work so we called this company and they had a serviceman (Michael) come to our home in less than 45 minutes. He explained to us what our options were and the rates and we opted to have the pipe snaked and the solution worked. Michael was polite, quick and professional and answered our questions. We appreciated his assistance, thank you!

Service man quickly evaluated the issue and said he couldn't snake the drain, but could replace all pipes for a charge of $650 Next day building snaked the drain for free and resolved the issue quickly and easily. Either the service man was lazy, didn't feel care to work on a small job, or was incompetent. I will NOT use this company again.

Dennis from Hamilton's Drain Rescue was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt at the initial call and provided a detail analysis of the problem that caused a flooded basement. A detailed work order and cost sheet was provided. Permit from the city, gas line location, all prepared before the Drain Rescue team began the work. Replaced outside garden tap. The cost was $518.00. Friendly knowledgeable plumber. Response was quick as was the work

They came here and told me it would take them two days to fix my problem. The Owner (I presume) was just back here the other day and he was very rude. They damage my ceramic tiles and he told me that if I hadn't rushed the repair guy he would have done a better job. Cost $5000.00 and they were here two hours. Worst customer service I have ever had. When he was here the last time, my neighbour was and and could not believe how rude he was, especially to a woman. He was disgusting For your own benefit do not use this company. They are very rude and over priced. DISGUSTING
