    Kitchen tap replacement.

    Was very cooperative and patient. Job was neatly done quicker than expected. Very explanatory. I was very happy with receiving results. So far I've experienced no leakage what so ever. Thanks again Brian Lawler.

    Sewage blockage

    The guy came in quickly cleaned up and unclogged the main sewage line. Also told me that a pipe was damaged and recommends replacement. He marked the location and told size of the pipe that is recommended to be replaced which was more than helpful as it gave extra information. That is super helpful if we would to decide if we wanted to do it our selves or any alternative options, epecially if we used another service or tried fixxing the isssue ourselves we might have not known to need to fix a pipe for long term issues to be prevented.

    Water Heater replacement and fixed Leaks

    Had some work done in a small laundry room (Redid floor). Had to change a Water Heater out that was located in a tight spot and coordination was needed between Tile\Floor Guys and Brian (Plumber) . Replaced quickly and efficiently and worked according to schedule. Found two leaks shorty thereafter in another part of the house and he came back and was done again quickly and efficiently Would recommend and the Dispatchers are very pleasant to deal with and they call to make sure he was on his way Donald

    Clogged toilet

    They were able to get there the same day I called and literally fixed the problem and were in and out in 5 minutes! Great job!

    Corroded Pipes under sink

    The connection under the kitchen sink to the pipes corroded. Lots of water. The gent that came out to help us was super friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service, our sink is fixed!

    Emergency Plumbing Service

    We contacted Drain Rescue for an emergency plumbing service and they were amazing. They followed up with us multiple times letting us know the situation on site, the cost, and the repair needed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend their services to everyone.

    Drain Rescue Plumber

    A plumber from this company came to unplug my kitchen drain. He did that, i.e., put the snake down it. The job took 20 minutes. They charged $300 plus tax. Outrageous. It isn’t the fault of the person who actually did the work - he gets 25% only. The company did not budge on this. Hiding behind the flat rate concept does not work. They should have a fair flat rate not an exorbitant one.

When we were booking a call with you, you requested to have a plumber at your location sharp at 4 pm, we kept schedule as per your request, you promised to be on site and you never showed up at scheduled time, our plumber had to arrange everything via concierge and your partner to fix plumbing issue that your superintendent and a service man couldn't. Our technician followed a price guide and charged you an amount that company book stated. The way how you displayed the situation and time you evaluated for a job that was conducted completely misrepresenting your lawyer status as you introduce yourself to our technician.

    Expensive but Necessary

    After several failed attempts to clear a kitchen sink blockage via power snake, Vince recommended the 'power flush' treatment to dislodge what he diagnosed as a major clog deep in our main drainage stack. The two-man team arrived ahead of schedule the next morning and successfully treated the issue with a high pressure hose (3000 psi) in about two hours. The Drain Rescue guys were courteous and efficient, and left everything clean and tidy upon completion. Given the emergency nature of the problem, which prevented us from using our kitchen sink and dishwasher, we had little time to shop the price. If your plumber gives you the same diagnosis it might be worth getting a few estimates from other reputable companies if you can take the time. I think we probably overpaid but I can recommend Drain Rescue which resolved our situation within 24 hours.

    Plumbing service

    They unclogged my bathroom sink really fast, plumber was friendly and professional. I'd recommend their service to people I know.

    Clogged Sink

    Called for a clogged sink, hoping for same day service, and Vince arrived within 45 minutes! Super nice & honest, thorough & fast. Explained everything in detail & gave advice. Great service!
