    Shower Drain Cleaning

    UPDATE: When I left my original review, I was super impressed with the service I received from Drain Rescue. Unfortunately a week later my shower was filling up with water again, and it's been downhill from there. I called Drain Rescue and explained the situation and arranged for someone to come and check it out. I spoke to the technician I was surprised when he mentioned 'he hoped I knew I would be getting charged again'. I asked why, since the issue clearly hadn't been resolved his first visit, and he told me there was no guarantee on his work and my overflowing shower 'wasn't his problem'. I was at work and wasn't about to start arguing with a total stranger who clearly wasn't in the mood to be helpful, so I let him know not to bother and that I would take it up with Drain Rescue. He responded by hanging up on me! I sent an email explaining what had happened and asking for a refund for the original service and got an response the same day saying they would look into it, but it's been a week now and there has been no resolution. I really hate to leave a negative review for a company, especially since one rude employee shouldn't be a reflection of everyone who works there, but I sent another email this morning asking what the status of my complaint is, and haven't heard anything back. I feel like this is the only course of action that will help get this issue resolved. I left a 2 instead of a zero because the same day service was really convenient. I'll update again when I hear back. Sorry about the rant, but be warned!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very happy with the service I received today. Drain Rescue had someone at my house to fix our clogged drain within two hours of me calling and even let me know when he was 30min away so I could leave work and didn’t have to waste time sitting at home waiting. The technician was friendly, professional, and got the job done in record time. I am so I impressed having woken up with a plumbing issue that it’s all sorted before it’s even time for lunch!

    Clogged shower drain

    My shower drain was completely clogged. I tried all sorts of liquid plumber type products to no avail. I called them and they sent a guy over same day, within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem in no time and gave me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. Great service!

    Main basement sewer drain repair/replacment

    Got to work right away, worked cleanly and were the finished quicker than we expected. Had everything that was needed for the job and left no mess at all for us to clean up. GREAT JOB

    sub pump

    We had a major job done last summer(sewage line replaced to the road). Not cheap. Our storm drain in the basement had to be dismantled because of code laws. Well we have a very old house with a couple of drips in the basement which required that storm drain. We had a flood the other day. The tech and I agreed to a new sump pump system. While the pump was being installed my wife and I were talking to drain rescue on the phone expressing our displeasure with loosing our storm drain and how the previous plumber should have recommended a sump pump. Long story short Drain Rescue listened to us. Thanks.

    Basement Bathroom

    Tree roots in the shower stall. Drain Rescue came within the hour of calling and the technician was able to unclog the drain.

    Sink Problem

    Excellent, quick service which we desperately needed that day - were in the process of moving and had discovered a small “under the sink leak” which obviously needed immediate attention! We received it well and the situation was very quickly resolved AND it was a weekend! Very appreciated.

    Bathroom toilet blockage

    Had an emergency issue with my toliet had a blockage , called drain rescue plummers and was immediately sent a service man same day service , only a few hours wait showed up on time and fixed the issue promptly .. Thank you drain rescue plummers

    Lateral Sewer replacement.

    1895 house - just moved in and BOOM flooding. Wasn't cheap but the work happened fast and as far as I could tell, was quality work. They busted their asses, rain or shine, late into the evenings to get the work done. Dwayne was a great PM. Now, I go to the bathroom in peace.

    Clogged Toilet

    My son flushed something in the toilet he shouldn’t have called guys found u by google. The technician came tried snaking for 20 min so the toilet had to come apart got out what my son flushed put it back together in a timely manner .I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done you will be highly. Recommended if anyone needs that type of service Thank You
