    Bathroom Toilet, Gasket Replacement

    I called Drain Rescue to come replace my toilet gasket as the unit below mine reported a leak. They arrived the same day, were friendly and personable, and kept everything tidy and cleaned up afterwards. They even made suggestions for other repairs that could be done (New hose and flapper) and did those on the spot, too. I would highly recommend them!

    Main Sewer Pipes Replacement

    The work was executed very well. I am happy on what they did, expensive but it’s worth it. The customer service are very helpful, all my requested documents were provided in timely manner. The plumbers and supervisor are respectful and they explain the work before they started. I just hope that next time the cost of the work also covers the asphalt, like nothing happen on the property.. :) Thank you Drain Rescue Plumbers for the good job!

    damaged drain

    They will trick and say drain is damaged but really it just needs to be snaked beware of this company they will ripp you off!!! The owner name is terry

    Bathroom plumbing

    The work was addressed quickly. I feel the price point could be lower. Beyond that I was very satisfied.

    two small bathroom fixes

    This company recently repaired a leak under our bathroom sink and also the flush valve on a toilet. Charged $700 for less than two hours work. Unfortunately we were leaving on holiday the next day so had no choice . The work was completed to our satisfaction but we felt the price was steep. After our complaint to the company about the price they responded quickly and professionally and worked to resolve our price concern .

    Drain Emergency

    We had an impacted drain under our deck. It was an emergeny so we didn’t have time to get other quotes, They we honest and quick which was great!

    Basement drain

    They were very professional and honest. They were punctual and kept me informed at all times about the work they were doing

    Drain pipe repair

    We had a sewage backup on Christmas Eve. Jason G. from Drain Rescue was there within the hour to put us at ease and identify the issue. The work was done quickly and expertly and the area was left very clean and tidy. The whole team responded very quickly with any questions we had.

    Crushed sewage drain

    Came home on a Sunday night with my tenants FREAKING OUT with water pouring in through the basement toilet and shower. It was a mess. We shut down the water and called the City. It was the worst night of my life. Called Drain Rescue first thing in the morning. Matt was there within the hour. Took a week to get everything fixed (the City's drain was smashed) but Drain Rescue got it done. There were responsive, too. Kept me in the loop. That's the most important part -- keeping the customer informed. They did a good job.
