    Kitchen drain work

    Our kitchen drain was plugged and it was 8pm the repair service was started and could not be finished so the repair person returned the next morning at 830 am and finished the job by 930 am .... Great service

    clogged sink

    After getting a plumber from another company (9+/10 on homestars) to unsuccessfully unblock my kitchen sink, Matt turned up and got the job done and i was kept up to date on when I should expect help. A huge relief for me and my young family. Would recommend to anyone and will my speed dial plumber going forward. Thank you!

    Drain repair

    The contractors did a great job at fixing the pipe they had to dig 15ft in order to fix the pipe . Since the work was done we have never had any problems with the pipe.

    Flush drain

    We called Drain Rescue Plumbers because our kitchen sink was blocked and we couldn’t get it unblocked. They came out and cleared it with a metal snake but told us it would happen again if we didn’t have i t pressure cleaned right down to the main drain! It happened again in a few months, they came out again told us the same thing.......we agreed this time to have it pressure cleaned which they did

    Bathroom

    Shower fixed and works better than before. Mismatched parts were previously used by other plumber. Will be redoing kitchen and this company will be called back

    15' sewer line

    They replaced and conected the last 15 feet of dilapidated clay sewer pipe I had on my sewer line with new pvc and also corected the slope. My neighbor and I share the sewer line so while they repaired issues he was having, I had the last 15 feet I needed of my line replaced.

    Repair to Outside Sewer Drain Blockage

    Back in Nov. 2017 we had Outside Sewer Blockage. Upon a recommendation we hired "Drain Rescue" for the repair. It was determined that the blockage was beneath our flower garden. They had to dig down approx. 6 8 feet for the repair. During the repair they damaged our brick garden wall. The workers acknowledged the damage. I placed 3 calls to Drain Rescue - one in Nov. - one in Dec. and one in Jan. Each time I explained what had happened and each time I was told they would look into it. NOT once did we receive a call back. I called a forth time and they told me that they were Not responsible for "Cosmetic Damage" and there was nothing they could do even though they caused the damage. We are left with a $3,500 bill for the Drain repair and a Damaged Garden Wall which we will have to repair. The office staff at Drain Repair did nothing to alleviate our situation. They were quick to take our money and run. Would never ever recommend this company.

    Dear customer we are valuing your opinion about service that we provided at your location, we were completing a job regards your Drain issue that you had at your property and we repaired your underground pipes as it was mention in a contract, as well it was mention to you that we are not responsible for any exterior decorations at your property. Unfortunately underground job always takes some digging on a front or a backyard and jobs that are taking place outside usual involving removal of the barriers that are on the way to the broken pipes. It was our responsibility to fix Drain but we never mention that we are providing any landscaping services. The price that you mention above only disclosing a drain repairs that we provided to you.     It was well done. Fast and clean with written recommendations given to me. Identified the problem.

    Block sewer pipe

    Had to un clogged my sewer line. The technician was very helpful to me in explaining what had to be done.
