    emergency plumbing in bsmt

    I was selling my house - a few hours before the buyer's home inspector was to arrive, I started getting water come up through a drain in my bsmt. PANIC! Muskoka had flooding issues everywhere... I called 'drain rescue plumbers', and the plumber came quickly, worked quickly, was very professional and friendly, and now, my house is sold. Thanks Drain Rescue Plumbers! (Thanks Neil!)

    Back Water Valve Installed

    Stephan arrived to installed and replace our basement plumbing parts. Our sewer system had been backing up for awhile, so we called Drain Rescue Plumbers. We were worried out basement would start to flood if we didn't fix the problem soon. It took about 4 hours to get everything working properly and the mess avoided. I was worried about contacting a plumber for this, since there have been terrible stories. But after calling this service, I will gladly call them again if we have any problems with the plumbing. Thanks guys!

    Flooded basement-Drain Cleaning

    When I came home from work last Tuesday I was surprised with 2 inches of water in my basement. I'm a single person with not much experience in the plumbing department so I asked my neighbor what to do. He recommended Drain Rescue (they've done work for my neighbor before). I called and the plumber was in my home in about 45 minutes. He had a big machine with him that cleared my drain (since it was blocked) and got rid of the flood. I am very happy with the service and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone else.

    fix leaky pipe

    Technician was on time and freindly,he gave me two choices of repairs and two prices.Job was done quick and neat but price was a little high compared to other companies.Good job thank you Carm

    Clogged Toilet

    I have a 3 year old son that is obsessed with watching the water go down the toilet. Last week he decided to put down one of his toys and my toilet ended up being completely clogged. I opened the yellow pages and called the first company I saw. The lady on the phone was very kind and polite and she had a plumber at my home in about 45 minutes. The plumbers name was Denys. Denys was very quick and super nice. This was the ultimate plumbing experience. Thanks Drain Rescue, I've already recommended you to a neighbor !

Years ago my daughter did a very similar thing, only she decided to "play" with my wife's favourite necklace. That was a stressful event, to say the least.     Faucet Installation

    My kitchen faucet needed to be replaced and my DIY husband thought he could replace it himself... Well, he couldn't. He ended up making it spew water all over my kitchen floor. We clearly needed a plumber. I called Drain Rescue and the plumber was at my home just a couple hours later. He was very kind and polite. It was an easy job (to him) and he even gave my husband a little lesson ! I would definitely recommend Drain Rescue to a neighbor !

Unfortunately, there are other times where an extra set of hands are needed.     Faucet Repair

    I spoke with a friend about how to get my bathroom and kitchen faucets working better in my home, when I was told to try Drain Rescue. They came to my home and were easy to work with and get the job done. Now my faucets work better, and the water flows like it should. The plumber's name was Dwayne.

    Drain Snake, Drain Unclogging

    My shower was clogged up from the previous owner in my condo, and was starting to cause the stand up shower in my second bathroom to clog. I called Drain Rescue Plumbers to come and look at the problem because I had found one of there $50 off coupons, when the plumber arrived the next day they were dressed well and very informative. They answered all my questions and I was very happy and interested how there drain snake was used to find the problem and how easy it was to fix with the right tools. I would definitely use them again for when I move into my new condo next year if I have any plumbing problems I will know who to call. Drain Rescue to the Rescue :)!

    Leaky toilet

    I appreciated the fact that Drain Rescue's employees were polite. The plumber and the lady on the phone. Long story short my toilet was leaking, I called Drain Rescue and they did a pretty awesome job for a reasonable price. Super satisfied !!

    Leaky faucet

    I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received from Wayne who works at drain rescue. He was very professional and made me feel confident that my faucet would be fixed. My faucet was leaking for 3 days, I had another company come out and they wanted to charge me almost double what Wayne charged me. Wayne explained exactly what had to be done, got my approval and started right away. Before an hour passed my faucet was like new ! Thanks a bunch Wayne and drain rescue ! I will definitely be recommending you
