drain in laundry room was apparently clogged according to a home inspector and drainworks came in and verified that there was no problem with our drain system whatsoever. Thank you because your input was the breaker for the closing sale of our house.

WOW service Outstanding service! Honestly, I have never been the type of person who would write an online review, but the service I received from Phil at DrainWorks blew me away. So much so I felt compelled to share my experience. I called the DrainWorks office on October 7th at about 9am. To my surprise I was greeted by a friendly, competent, live person. I couldn’t believe it. I have become so used to recordings I forgot how convenient it is to talk to a real person right away. The booker from the office listened to my plumbing issues and set an appointment for a licensed plumber to arrive an hour away from when I called. Amazing! The office even called me when the plumber was a half hour away so I would have some time to take my dog out before they arrived. I never felt trapped in my own home not knowing when to expect them like with so many other servicemen. I felt like DrainWorks respected my time. Finally a company that gets it! So Phil the plumber arrived on site. Clean truck, clean uniform, good manners. He put plastic boot covers on before entering my home, so courteous! He walked around the house with me while I showed him all of my plumbing issues, which had been bothering me for so long. Why did I wait so long? I should have called DrainWorks sooner! Anyways, Phil listened to all my concerns. He never rushed me and took some time explaining all of my options and answering my questions. I felt confident that I was making the right decisions for what needed to be done in my home. Best of all, the pricing was given up front, and the price didn’t change! When Phil got set to do his work, he never had to travel farther than his fully stocked truck on my driveway to get the parts, and I had a whole new toilet supplied and installed. How convenient! I used to cringe when a tradesman left my house to get a part, always afraid they would take days to come back, or worse, never return at all. Phil proceeded to lay tarps down in every area he worked in. He always removed the plastic boot covers when leaving my house and put them back on when entering. He cleaned up after himself and left my home spotless. Cleaner then he found it! He tested all his work with me present to make sure I was satisfied; and I am! I couldn’t be happier. I know now that working with a tradesman doesn’t have to be as scary as I’ve experienced in the past. With DrainWorks I know I will get the excellent service I deserve at a cost it is worth. I will always choose DrainWorks from now on and even took some extra business cards from Phil to give to my friends. Such an amazing experience, I wish I could rate higher than 10 because this company is an 11!

Under a normally stressful circumstance, Lou and company made me feel comfortable, made sure I understood EVERYTHING, gave me my options etc. The work was done immediately, professionally and they left the place spotless, like they had never even been there. HIGHLY recommend Drainworks for anyone and if I ever need more work, I will under every circumstance call Drainworks before anyone else.

From the point of calling Drainworks and setting up the appointment to Jeremy arriving and fixing the problem they delivered an exceptional service experience. Drainworks fixed my problem within 3 hours from my first call.

We've had problems with our toilets overflowing recently. I emailed a request for quote to Drainworks and they called back within minutes of getting my submission. I explained the problem and was set up with a plumber to come out the following week. A few minutes later, I received a call back saying that they had reviewed our case and wanted to do a more in depth inspection due to the issues we were having. A technician and assistant came out with a camera and checked the drains and main line. A few parts were added to the toilet as it is 10 years old. They were clean, courteous and explained what they were doing and what they found very clearly. They also set up an appointment with a plumber for the next day to check out te other problems we were having. I was very satisfied with their work and would call again if something else arises.

We have had our basement flooded three times with sewage within the last 7 months, and since the city can't seem to stop the problem, it was recommended that we install a backwater valve. We've never had the need to use a plumbing company before so I did some research and liked what I found out about DrainWorks. I certainly made the correct choice. They were professional, courteous and arrived when they said they would. They came within a couple of hours of calling, put a camera down our drain in the basement and assessed which type of valve we needed to stop us from getting sewage backup again. They were here a couple of days later to install the valve; which was fine as it was not an emergency situation. The concrete floor had to be broken in order for them to install the valve and reroute some pipes. This work had to be left open so that it could be approved by a building inspector. The inspector came two days later and said Drainworks did an excellent job. As soon as the inspection was done I phoned DrainWorks and they came the next morning and finished the job; replacing the concrete, capping the valve and cleaning up. After this DrainWorks sent their own inspection person to make sure everything was done/cleaned up properly and to answer any questions that we had before making our final payment. Everything was to our satisfaction. We were kept informed right from our first telephone conversation all the way through the whole process. It was a great experience dealing with Armando, William, Walter and all the others who were involved.

Drainworks set up an appointment within a couple of hours of us contacting them. They called twice to confirm the time that the technician would be arriving. When Jeremy arrived he was very professional, put on foot coverings so as not to track in any dirt. He analyzed the problem quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. We felt confident and told him to go ahead. He brought in the equipment carefully. He protected the area with a large tarp and went to work, all the while explaining his steps. He was successful in clearing the blockage with the snake in a short time. He checked all the other fixtures to make sure they also worked properly. Jeremy cleaned up quickly with no mess left behind. He had a very pleasant demeanor. We give very high recommendation for DrainWorks as the work was done well, at a reasonable cost and very efficiently.

had a backup problem in my basement came ,included me in process traced all sewer lines with camera explained the situation, made recomendation,left quote, cleaned up. what more can i want.

I had a backed up drain in my bathtub to the point that no water was going down.After giving up trying to snake the problem myself, I called 5 companies at 7:00 o'clock on a Friday night.All of the companies contacted told me it would have to wait until next week during the day.Except....DrainWorks. They showed up at 10 o'clock and fixed the blockage which was 20 feet down the drain.Jermey then changed over my hot and cold water lines which a previous plumber had put on in reverse.He did this at no charge to me even though it took 20 minutes.The bill was very reasonable and there was no overtime charge even though it was 10 o'clock.Jeremy was very professional and courteous and left the area cleaner than he had found it.I will now only call on one company for any plumbing problems in the future-DrainWorks

The job wasn't a difficult job but the guy was courteous, professional and respectful of not messing my place up; plus he showed up when he was supposed to so I didn't waste my day waiting.
