    clogged drain

    We had a clogged drain in our vanity sink which was backing up into our tub. We tried unsuccessful to clear to pipes ourselves so decided we needed to call professional help. Matt arrived on-time, he wore paper slippers over his shoes (a real hit with my wife), he resolved the problem quickly, he cleaned up after himself (another bonus)and the price remained as quoted. We are thrilled to say that we would definitely use DrainWorks services again if ever the need arises. We have also recommended DrainWorks to our friends and relatives. Thank you for a job well done.

    repaired drain in basement floor

    They did a very professional job done quickly and their cleanup was complete. They even threw in some improvements of the sorrounding pipes plus added a cleanout which weren't included in the work r equest

    Snake basement drain

    DrainWorks has cleaned out my basement drain twice now, and each time Jeremy did a great job. In less than an hour, he finished the job and left without any mess. I will definitely use them again next time.

    Drain being clogged

    After having trouble with a clogged drain for a couple of years I was able to finally receive accurate and helpful information from the workers at DrainWorks, as they not only fixed my clogged drain but informed me on the cause and how to avoid such problems from occuring in the future.

    basin sink snaking

    Clogged Toilet

    I called Drainworks this morning and they sent a qualified technician (Mike Dunn) to my house within an hour. He was courteous, efficient and clean. I won't hesitate to use Drainworks again and will certainly recommend them.

    Toilet Block

    The technician removed the toilet and checked the underside of it and removed an air freshener bottle from the toilet that my 2 year old daughter had tried to flush down. He reinstalled toilet and did a test. No leaks were present.

    Drain work on basement toilet and bathroom sinl

    Drainworks gave us an appointment from 1-4 pm they did arrive at 1pm after calling and informing us they are on their way. they explained what they will do. they cleaned up when they are done. Very professional and clean

    Drain repairs

    After an early morning shower, water began gurgling up through the floor drain. We had used Drainworks for a similar problem in the past and were very pleased with the service, so I called them and Matt arrived right on time. He was courteous, respectful of our house interior by taking precautions with shoes, ground sheets, etc., quickly and thoroughly examined the situation and suggested a solution. What he predicted was entirely accurate - tree roots in the old clay tile. He showed me the evidence then carefully explained our repair options and set about completing the work that I desired. I was not only impressed with his customer relations skills and plumbing knowledge and abilities, but the cleanliness and organization of his van, the condition of his equipment, his comfort completing forms and explaining repair policies - as a former tradesman, I know that this care for detail is not run-of-the-mill. At the end of the service call, I had to ask Matt how he had learned his trade - he explained that his skills were acquired through his training at Drainworks. Excellent service!

    Clogged bathroom drain

    When our bathtub was filling with dishwater from the kitchen at 8 pm on Friday of a long weekend we thought we would never be able to get anyone to come out and fix it. We called DrainWorks and they were at our house within 30 minutes. Our service person "Matt" was friendly, knowledgable and professional. The clogg was fixed within half an hour. Thanks for the speedy and professional service.
