    Clogged kitchen drain

    First time experience as we were in trouble on dec 25th. Called and William called me back quickly explaining the process and rates, very polite and decided to go with Drainworks. Appointment was setup for next day and William called me in the morning to let me know his technician was on his way. Matt was prompt, professional and did the job while explaining everything, no hidden cost. I will definitively recommend Drainworks to my neighbors.

    old pipe replacement

    We had a blockage in the pipes and Drainworks came quickly. We replaced some old pipes under the floor in the basement and the work was done quickly and professionally. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

    Pipe replacement & backwater valvue

    Drainworks were courteous, accurate and did great work. Armando was always looking to do the best possible work while at the same time looking for ways to reduce the overall cost. Excellent care and attention on his part. They left the place spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend them for such a job in the future to anyone.

    backed up drain

    Due to a drain blockage we were not able to use our washer ,dishwasher or any kitchen equipment. I came across drain works plumbing on the internet and decided to give them a call because of the reviews I read guess what the reviews were bang on!! from the time I called (Sunday afternoon) and spoke to J.P.who set up the appointment to Jim (super plumber) who resolved the problem , a total of 4 hours elapsed. OUTSTANDING!! professional and courteous

    new sewage and water service line

    After moving into an older house, we wanted to upgrade the old clay sewer pipes and lead water pipes. The workers were all very polite and professional and Armando checked in with us almost daily. Although it took a little longer than anticipated, the workers were on-time and worked hard. They kept the worksite clean and replanted the grass and plants well. Thank-you.

    Clogged basement apartment kitchen drain

    Had a clogged drain in a downstairs kitchen sink. Had DrainWorks do excellent work for me on that same drain almost 20 years ago and wasn't even sure if they were still around. Checked in with HomeStars, and sure enough DrainWorks was there with great reviews. Just knew I had to call them. Armando and Luke arrived in a few hours after my call. They were very professional and polite, fixed the problem, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I'd highly recommend DrainWorks. They were great 20 years ago and still are today. Had Drain Works back again on Feb. 12th for a potential clogged toilet and new toilet installation. Matt was here in 2 hours and did an excellent job

    Clogged drains and 1952 house plumbing woes and good advice for future

    From the original call in to JP in the office the process was explained in detail to us. The nice thing about Drainworks is they came, assessed the situation and then gave us an on site quotation. No charges were incurred before we knew the problem and what it would cost to repair it. Due to recent 'renovation' I had two clogged drains which required snaking out. Armando and Luke arrived promptly, told me the agreed upon cost and they snaked the large drain. For the smaller drain: as my home was built in 1952 we had a very short pipe for my bathroom sink that extended from the wall only 1/8" of an inch. The short pipe made it impossible to connect to the sink without having a leak, and due to a tiny sink cabinet, the wall is difficult to access. After snaking, in order to confirm the drain was clear Armando came up with a solution to break through a small section of wall and extend the wall pipe without soldering or having to have a second visit by another plumber. I was very surprised by how quickly things happened and all of this took place in less than 2 hours. Finally, I also got some advice about the need to enlarge the main pipes that go into the floor in the basement. I was advised I will require 3" pipe in the basement and the cost for doing the work. I was told I was okay for now and could wait on this work. Hope this helps anyone with a similar situation - and thanks HomeStars for being there for us!

    Replacement of entire sewage drain system

    This is the second time that we needed the services of Drainworks and have been very happy both times. Due to large cracks in the original clay drain pipe, we needed to replace the entire system in our basement. Everyone from Drainworks was exceptionally professional, worked in a timely manner and left my basement and the yard absolutely spotless.

    Sewer drain replacement

    After our basement drains started backing up our insurance company sent a plumber who told us we needed to replace the entire system at at least $10k. We wanted a second opinion and chose Drain Works based on their HomeStars reviews. They did a much more thorough examination and gave us a number of options, explaining everything in detail and not trying to oversell the job as some commission-based companies would tend to. They were finished in 2 days with a plumbing interruption of only a couple of hours and went to a great deal of effort to do as little excavation as possible which included tunneling under the foundation and basement apartment kitchen counters. Very courteous, thoughtful, clean and diligent. Best experience with a contractor we've ever had.

    BACK WATER VALVE

    Great Service all around. Team did a great job of keeping me informed and explaining all the details on the Back Water Valve and subsequent rebate offers through the Government. They kept the site safe and clean. And the site Manager Frank was excellent at staying in touch and keeping my concerns addressed. They even saved all my grass! The Drainworks team was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Drainworks for this type of work! Thanks!
