    Basement drain upgrades

    Under the direction of Frank, the work on my basement drain system was done efficiently, on time and to our complete satisfaction. This response is unsolicited and may be used as a testimonial with my permission f Drain Works desires.

    Replacing clay sewer pipe and installing backwater valve

    We had water backing up in our old clay sewer pipe due to tree root infiltration and had to have the drain replaced with pvc. Frank and his team were prompt, exact, extremely neat and fast. We were delighted with their excellent service. We found Drain Works a pleasure to work with and have no hesitation in giving them 10 out of 10.

    Drainworks - Lou to the rescue!!!

    We have been having issues over the last 5 months with consistent blockage issues. As we have used Drainworks in the past, we were sure they would be the right service provider to assist us. Lou came out as scheduled, provided a scope service and put my worries to ease. He also offered insight to assist us in avoiding this issue in future. A+ service. Lou was very informative, helpful and represented Drainworks in a manner that reinforced my faith in their services.

    HOMESTARS REVIEW FEEDBACK

    Drainworks quickly identified the problem and came up with a solution after considering various alternatives and cost. The appintment for the work was made well in advance and drainworks arrived promptly on the day and completed the job. They also arranged for a further review of the work to ensure proper quality control. Excellent service and expertise!

    Still n shock...should happen more often!

    Chris from DrainWorks did a great job! I showed him the issues in 4 different areas, he fixed them, wrote down clearly what he did, left an instruction sheet for a garage tap operation, and, didnt leave a mess. Can you believe it? This has never happened to me before.

    Drain Pipe Replacement

    About 5 years ago the main drain on my house got plugged. I called in DrainWorks to check out and fix the problem They found that there were roots in the old P-trap on the front of my house. At the time I couldn't afford to fix it, so I just had them rooter the roots out. Now it happened again, but this time the pipe was broken as well, so I decided to have them replace the entire problem section with new PVC pipe, with two clean outs for easy future maintenance. They were able to very quickly diagnose the problem and clearly show me exactly what was going on with the camera that they put down the drain. Two days later, they came back to do the job, and it was all done before I even got home from work, and cleaned up the whole area that was dug very nicely. Great guys, and great work.

    These guys are top notch!

    From the start to finish, these people delivered on their promises. They got the job done in the time frame they said, with a very nice clean up at the end. There was always someone to answer my questions. Their price was competitive and I have no doubt that the original problems are resolved. They showed up on time and always returned my phone calls promptly. Armando Gatti and his team are a credit to the company. Many thanks for a job well done.

    Clay drain replacement

    Drainworks staff are top notch. They come when they say they will and they do even more work than they say they will do. On Christmas Eve our house drainage started backing up. 4 city inspectors and 12 days later the city starts digging. They then decided that they were wrong and it was inside my property line. Drainworks to the rescue. They said they could not come for a week but showed up 4 days later. They got our drainage fixed in several hours and once down there I decided that the lead water supply should be replaced as well as the rest of the clay pipe which could break at some future date. I could not have been happier with their professionalism and fair price for excellent work. When the City returned they were very impressed with Drainworks' work.

    Replaced 42' of waste water drain, new floor drains & clean-outs

    We were very impressed with their professional service from beginning to end to end. The problem was clearly demonstrated & explained by Armando & were really impressed with the friendly hard working team that did the work - they left the place spotless! We would definitely use them again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
