    cleared drain & camera inspection of pipes

    Drained backed up & we called DrainWorks to clear the blockage and inspect the pipes. Pipes were inspected with a camera and blockage was cleared. Problem to be found on City property. City will not fix the problem as we did not call them first while experiencing a blockage. Excellent and prompt service but this knowledge about City responsibility would have been helpful!

The only way for us to know for certain that your issue was either on your side or on the City’s side, is to provide you service. If we were to show up and advise you to call the City out before anything was done, only to have them arrive and tell you to call a private contractor, such as us, you would be back to square one, when we were already onsite to address your drain issue. Unfortunately, we cannot control the City’s policy on only coming out to a homeowner’s residence when they are flooding. Ultimately, this is an issue that you would need to take up with them. We look forward to being your drain and plumbing service provider in the future.

    clogged toilet

    I highly, highly recommend Drainworks for any plumbing work you need done. I've noticed there are a lot of plumbers out there who charge a fortune and don't deliver -- it's so incredibly frustrating. Since finding Drainworks, I wont use any other company. Recently, we had a clogged toilet. Matt from Drainworks arrived within a half hour of my call on a Friday evening. He was pleasant, took time to explain stuff in plain language, and doggedly located the problem and fixed the clog -- and then went above and beyond to negotiate an extremely reasonable price given the amount of time and energy he spent on the job. Trust me, if you want a seriously great plumber, call Matt at Homestars -- and don't waste your time or money on any other plumbing company. Drainworks, you guys are amazing -- thank you.

    swirling flush with toilet rising water

    I phoned for an service call. I spoke about my issue and i recieved a possible estimate over the phone. \i was booked an appt. the next day i receved a call about 2 hours later saying they could come in 45 mins as i was on the emergency call list. i verified there was no extra cost on a sunday the service man was very polite introduced himself. gave me a diagnosis of the problem suggesting a good solution. his mannerism was very polite and professional. even offered to clean under the toilet once it was removed. his diagnosis was absolutly correct. and he left with the area cleaner than when he came. i would rcommend this company to anywone who needs a professional licensed plumber

    blocked floor drain (tree root)

    We called Drainworks on the advice of a neighbour after firing another plumber. The dispatcher told us exactly what tho expect. Matt A. arrived in a timely manner, neat, clean, with knowledge and tools that worked!! The job was done efficiently and the price was within the quoted range. We were very satisfied.

    drain back-up

    Drain works is always a pleasure to work with. Their technicians are true experts in their field. They are prompt ,curtious and very knowledgable. Technician Matt Achcinski came to service our home twice in the last five years and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with him. he was able to diagnos our problem within minutes. The roots in our drain pipes were quikly removed with snacking. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Facet Repair

    Our bathroom facet was leaking for few days. After quick internet search we end up calling drain works. They have fixed our facet with in 20 minutes. We found this company very reliable and professional.

    Cleared blocked drain

    We had a blocked kitchen sink drain and garburator..They offered same day service and were clear with regards to pricing. The plumber (Matt) called ahead and was punctual. He was polite, respectful of our home, articulate and left the area tidy and clean. Highly recommend their services.

    backup in basement

    My husband was the one to deal with Matt and told me it was hands down the best experience he's had with a plumber/drain company. When we first called, they booked us on the spot for the SAME DAY (actually, they came within a few hours of the call and believe it or not, no extra charge for a Sunday visit!) The problem was pinpointed, everything explained in detail, the work done efficiently, and the problem fixed immediately. What a great company - the whole process was painless and, considering what had to be done (finding the problem area, camera work, snaking and again, a weekend visit) the price was extremely reasonable. We're going to use this company for any future plumbing problems and recommend them to everyone.

    plugged exterior drainage

    We discovered a plugged exterior drainage line running done the side of our house under the driveway. After being unable to resolve the problem ourselves, we called Drainworks. The telephone response was polite, informative and professional. Within 90 minutes (on a Sunday no less) a technician arrived, explained the procedure and promptly cleared the line. At his suggestion we agreed to check the drainage pipe with a fibre optic camera. This was well worth the additional expense as we acquired important new information about this particular drainage set up. The technician, Matt, was very efficient and effective and we were very pleased with what he achieved. We highly recommend Drainworks and will use this company again should the need arise.

    underground drain replacement

    Plumbing problems are stressful as they can potentially cause serious damage to your property and its all happening mysteriously underground.A neighbour recommended DrainWorks. From my first phone call to checking the work upon completion I was treated courteously and they took the time to explain the problem and the solution. They left my driveway cleaner than before the digging commenced. I felt that the job was done promptly and professionally by experts. I was most impressed with the work crew, a three man digging tag team who worked hard all day in the heat to dig that huge hole but at the same time properly attired,no plumbers butt !
