    Bathroom tub and toilet

    Matt from Drainworks explained everything and in great detail so you understood what was going on and what he had to do to fix the problems. He as also very professional and efficient in getting the job done.

    Clogged kitchen sink drain

    It's been 3 days that we're suffering from clogged sink when i finally tried to look for a plumber company online. I found Drainworks site very impressive so i called just for a quote. Within 2 hours or so, Matt came and look into it and told me right away how much it will cost me. i agreed to it. He came prepared and fixed the problem right away.He even changed some parts of our sink that's rusting(might have cause another problem in the future)free of charge.He left our kitchen clean and no awfull smell. I was very happy,Thank you very much!

    drain service

    We had a problem with our drains in the winter at that time we had drainworks. The people so proffessional and helpful that we decided to have them again. We asked for the same people that were at our home before and they were just as good as before, very proffessional, helpful and clean, they were at our house when they said they would be here. I would definetly take them again.

    blocked drain

    I came home to sewage backup in my basement. I called Drainworks to come and have a look. The technician arrived within a couple of hours as promised. He was courteous, clean (e.g. he covered his boots before coming into the house) and professional. He clearly explained the options available to me as well as the cost of each option. Once we agreed on the work to be done the technician completed the work in a timely manner for the agreed price.

    Clear drain in Kitchen sink

    Was very impressed with your service. You came within an hour as agreed. Drain cleared quickly. Lou was fast and cleared up the problem quickly. Moreover, he drove back to correct an error in the bill that saved me ten dollars.

    Drain in kitchen sink

    I was starting to prepare for dinner guests arriving next day when my sink backed up.We called drainworks and within a couple hours your service man arrived. He was very pleasant and explained every thing he was doing,and in short time my drain was running again. What a life saver, will recommend your company anytime. L Garbutt

    Plugged Up Kitchen Sink

    I had a plugged up kitchen sink, so I called DrainWorks. I couldn't believe they arrived in the time they specified. Their staff are friendly and knowledgable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

    drainage problem

    With only 2 days before a new tenant rented my house, she told me the downstairs was flooding everytime the kitchen sink was being used. Drainworks was called and within 24 hours, they had a camera inspection done, a written estimate (which they stuck too) and the problem was fixed. Quickly and cleanly! Nice work boys!

    Shower Drain clogged and 2 sinks draining slowly

    I found the company through the internet, I googled Roto-Rooter and found they did not service my area and Drainworks came up, the website looked good so I called. The person (William) on the phone was very helpful and booked an appointment for me at the time I wanted. The service person (Sean) showed up right on time, was clean cut and very courteous. He wore booties over his boots so he would not leave a mess. He completed the job promptly and effeciently and gave me tips to maintain the drains on my own. He left the bathrooms in sparkling condition. If I have another problem I will call again and request the same technician

    basement flooding after rain fall

    Matt came to investigate the flooding of our basement following rainfall and before suggesting any service, did an investigation and simulation of water infiltration in all our drains. Finally, he conducted an electric snaking on the main drain connection which should take care of the issue.
