    Replace down pipe drain from 2nd floor bathroom

    We are totally satisfied with the service, price and professional care we received. DrainWorks came the same day we called, showed us what needed to be done and gave us a quote. The workers where friendly and showed us what they where doing at each stage- so we could approve. They came exactly on time and finished when they estimated- left everything clean. Followed up with inspection. Would recommend DrainWorks to friends and neighbors.

    Unplug laundry sink

    Request made Tuesday night. Truck arrived as scheduled Wednesday morning. Mike and his partner quickly identified the problem, provided an estimate and then proceeded to immediately repair the problem. The main floor laundry room was kept very clean and MIke also explained afterwards exactly what they found. Excellent work

    Kitchen drain plugged deep in system

    Jeremy Harris did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. Jeremy arrived on time, quickly determined the problem and resolved it with minimum inconvenience. Your Company was well represented by him.

    Problem with a backed up toilet

    Hello, I had a problem recently with a backed-up toilet at my house. I was not looking forward to dealing with a plumber. Well, I could not be more wrong. I submitted my request via their website and I was expecting to get a call maybe in the following week. It took less than 10 minutes and that's probably because they called home first. I spoke to Sandy and her level of professionalism was incredible. She did all in her power to accommodate my work schedule and she even allowed me to confirm with someone else that someone was going to be home. When I called her back, I was able to reach her again easily. On the day of the service, Matt showed up exactly on time and ready to give me an estimate and to perform the work. He explained the options I had and how he would proceed. He made sure to protect my floor and even went as far as covering his boots to make sure again not to dirty the floor. It took him less than half an hour to fix everything and even apologized because he felt that the solution was so simple, he was charging me too much. Once everything was fixed, he even gave me some advice about plunger type (I had the wrong type for the type of toilet) and tested the toilet thoroughly to make sure that the solution was indeed a lasting one. All in all, even if Matt indicated that they were not the cheapest, I would still go with DrainWorks because you can't put a price on great service and professionalism. Thank You DrainWorks.

    New drain pipes

    Very happy with this company. When they say they are coming at a certain time they show up. They leave your place clean and let you know what's going on every step of the way.

    Main floor drainage - sewer backing up @ night !

    From the 1st call to the end of the fixing of the issue, all showed patience, friendliness, professionalism. Rare to find 'all in one' service. It was Sunday late evening and the dispatch managed to get Jeremy within the promised 2 hours. He expained what he thought has happened and in 10 minutes the problem was fixed. He cleaned, put everything back in the right place and a bit of friendly chit chat about the company and himself, GREAT. They didn't even have a premium in $ terms to do this service on a Sunday 10-12pm window. Same price. Thank You Drain Works.

    Drainworks has demonstrated prompt and efficient work ethics when clearing a blocked bathroom drain. As simple as the job was, precise and clear outlines of the job prior to and a clean up after, was worth the call to Drainworks. Thanks, Homeowner.

    Main drain video inspection and snaked

    Sewer back up-panic stations Emergency Homestars visit Select Drainworks because of the great reviews Armando and Eric to the rescue 21/2 hours later 'Scope,diagnose and Snake 320 dollars worth of relief Definitive repair-digging and new pipes Now where is the Website to get my hands on 6400 dollars? Well done Guys-you gave excellent service And the benefit of solving a problem IS We get to face a new one-isnt life wonderful !

    Excavation of basement drains, installing new drains.

    Donning rubber boots to do laundry in the basement grows old fast, so I called Drainworks to check on my 100-year-old drains. Armando showed and explained all of my basement drainage problems, discussing urgent requirements as well as future possible issues. The ensuing extensive excavation and drainage pipe replacement was completed efficiently, with several periodic examinations and further discussions by Armando, Frank and Lou. All of the Drainworks personnel with whom I conversed were courteous, professional and informative. Being pregnant, I also appreciated the crew doing all the heavy lifting involved with clearing the area for further excavation! I will definitely call Drainworks for future plumbing issues, and recommend them to others in the area.

    Bathroom drain backup

    I called because of a drain back-up. I was very particular about times and days. DrainWorks was extremely accommodating and offered quick and friendly service. Lou was professional and offered excellent customer service!
