    Sewage line replacement

    Our drain blocked up on one of the busiest and coldest days of the winter (Saturday after a major power outage), and Drainworks came to our rescue within an hour of our call. Lou assessed the problem, did a temporary fix and returned first thing Monday morning. He brought not 1 but 2 crews to get the job all done in one day (replaced an old clay pipe that was blocked by a large tree root). He balanced our concerns with our budget, minimized the damage to the front yard, and still provided a solution that was no more, nor less than was required. We were very happy with the service.

    Plumbing repair

    We recently had a faucet replaced in our bathroom and at the same time the corroded pipes had to be replaced. Not only did Chris call us the evening before to tell us when he would be arriving but he actually got to our house exactly on time (something we rarely experience when dealing with contractors). The work was done well and professionally and we had no cleanup to do after the job. We will definitely recommend DrainWorks to friends and call them again as needed.

    Assisted when basement flooded by roots in exterior drain

    We selected Drainworks from the yellow pages based on their ad and hoped for the best-and got it! We phoned at 7:30 am after a desperate Sunday evening of mopping up and Michael and Eric arrived promptly at 9 am as promised. They took stock of the situation carefully, explained their services, provided quotes and got to work immediately. They booked the digging crew to repair the exterior drain to the street and coordinated all the city service notifications required. The digging crew arrived promptly at 9 am the next day and performed their tasks with care for my landscaping and returned my garden to its former condition replanting displaced shrubs. The crew manager, Frank Casciaro came in person to see that we was satisfied and checked if we had questions or concerns. Mike Dunn did an exceptional job of coordinating all tasks and assisted us with decisions and paperwork related to city rebates available. All four members of the team(Mike,Eric,and the digging crew(2) that served us were efficient and courteous throughout the two day job interval. This experience was the best we have ever had where an emergency service was needed and all tasks were carried out on schedule and with care and regard for the property of the owner at all times. Congratulations to Drainworks for delivering the high level of service that you claim in your advertising! We would cerainly use this company whenever we need plumbing services and would recommend this company to our family and friends.

    Clogged Drain Pipe

    We had an issue with the water not being carried out from our house drainage system, thus, the water was being backed into our basement. As the water was being spread into one of the rooms in our basement, I called drainworks and they sent us a very knowledgeable person who knew exactly what our problem was. I appreciated how well Matt had performed from drainworks as he carefully completed the job and cleared our drain pipe. Drainworks is definitely a company that I would use once again as they not only provided great customer service, but they also educated me in the process. Thank you

    drain help/replacing inside trap

    I had a basement drain back up Christmas Eve and the Technician Jeremy was at my place within 2 hours and was on the ball and figured out it was the inside trap that was the problem(which was hidden/built over). I got a quote for the work on the spot and within 2 days they came and replaced the trap. After seeing the camera go through my sewer line I now know that they are in good working order. I appreciate the fact that I can call drainworks when there's a problem and speak to a dispatcher right away and have a technician come to deal with the issue within hours.

    Sewer Backup

    I had a sewer backup and i called Drainworks and the Representative i spoke to was great very knowledgeable and very efficient. He got a technician to come check out my drain asap. Now, Matthew the technician, was very efficient himself. He knew exactly what the problem was and confirmed it by putting a camera into to the sewer and ofcourse it was tree roots growing in the sewer which was causing the backup and blocking the water from flowing thru. Well ofcourse then Matthew snacked the drain and then all was well. So at this point am very happy with the service that Drainworks provided me with and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Clogged drains

    I had a great experience with Drainworks. Lou arrived on-time, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate, and finished the job quickly and accurately. Since I had to leave while he was still working he also followed up with a phone call to take me through what he did and how I could prevent the clogged drain going foward. I was very pleased with the service and quality!

    Drain backup

    We contacted this company through the yellow pages and were pleasantly surprised at how efficiently the two man team quickly fixed the problem. They were very pleasant and informative and we would cetainly recommend this company to others. Job well done and very reasonably priced and in lower end of quote range.

    outside drain repair

    The problem was an outside trap that had become blocked. They responded immediately and work was scheduled for the very next day. Drainworks personnel were all polite and competent. The work started on schedule and finished promptly. They went out of their way to assist me in qualifying for a rebate for the service from the township.Very professional outfit who I would recommend to everyone.

    complete drain and pipe replacement in basement and outside

    This is the second time I've used Drainworks, the first was at my old house. Because the first experience was so good, I called them when I had this problem. They are professional, timely, clean & tidy and guarantee all of their work. They work very hard to ensure the job is done as quickly as possible, including late on Friday and all day Saturday - in December!
