    drain back-up

    We had a very unpleasant drain back-up situation in our basement on a Sunday. Otneil who took our call was very helpful and professional, making us feel well looked after (including calling to let us know when Matt was en route). Matt, who came to fix the problem, arrived at the estimated time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the situation, explained the options, and took care of the problem quickly, efficiently and with care. Thank you!!!

    Clear laundry room drain and inspect main sewer line connection

    Drain line plugged and Armando and Eric were there within hours on a cold, snowy Saturday. Problem solved quickly, with smiles, professionalism, and courtesy --- ditto the periodic TV camera check of our main sanitary outflow line. Thanks too to William on the Front Desk. Terry: outstanding operation, congrats.

    replacement of clay sewage pipes

    From start to finish, the Drainworks team was exceptional -- they undertook a big job of replacing clay pipes that had been invaded by tree roots. The team was great to work with: timely, professional, careful, tidy. We were so pleased with their work.

    Replacement of trap & breather

    The experience from start to finish was great! Thank you to J-P & William in the office for being so helpful...it was a pleasure to deal with you both. Also thank you to Armando & crew for doing such a great job, and going that extra mile (a city inspector arrived on site with a grant application for us - what a nice surprise!). The entire process was completed efficiently, with minimal interruption to our day. We have used DrainWorks several times and their service is consistently prompt, dependable & courteous. These guys definitely deserve a "10" and we would recommend you give them a try...you will not be disappointed!

    Basement bathroom

    We've got sewage backup in the basement due to broken drain pipes and incoming roots. Drainworks did an excellent job to replace those pipes. Their follow up services were great, too.

    inspection of drains for source of smell

    Had smell emanating from drain. called. told them no rush. 60 minutes later, guy arrives inspects drain and deduces problem. Also inspected peripheral drains to be absolutely certain. That is it!

    pumbling

    I had a drain backup in the basement. I check the yellowpage and noticed drainworks had won many years recommend work award. So I decided to give it a try. The people at the office was nice and upfront above the cost. Within the estimated time, someone call me 30 min before service man come. Matt answered all my questions and job was done to my satifaction. I have no problems recommend Matt to any one and will use this company again in the future. Thanks you.

    clogged dishwasher drain

    A couple of years ago, we hired Drainworks to take on the huge task of replacing the exterior drains leading from our house to the street. We were so pleased with the service and the quality of the work that we never hesitated to call them again whenever we required plumbing services. Such was the case today when our dishwasher refused to drain. Lou arrived promptly, and dealt with the situation quickly and effectively. To our great delight, we found that he was also considerate, courteous, and good-humoured. We couldn't be more pleased with Drainwork, and will request that Lou be sent to us if we ever need to call on them again. Many thanks!!!

    Sewer Drain repair

    Our drains in the basement started backing up due to an issue with part of the line collapsing. This was due to a poor installation by the builder. Drainworks responded quickly, found the problem explained the repair process, explained the costs for repair and organized the repair to be done very quickly. They were very professional, very clean (especially when they had to break the concrete floor), and completed the work in the time they estimated, no over runs or extra costs. Drainworks were always reachable and answered the phone with a live person not a machine. Thanks again to Drainworks and their staff.

    Replace all interior and exterior drains

    As terrible as it is to have your sewer back up into your basement, DrainWorks made the experience about as good as it could be given the awful situation. Mike and his team were there on time for the assesment, allowed me to view all the camera work inside the drain, explained everthing thoroughly, and provided a quote before continuing any work. The following day they arrived on time and worked at an unbelievable pace to get the job done quickly with minimal distubance despite having just had a huge hole in my front yard only hours before. All work done inside the house was also done quickly with almost no noticeable disturbance. I would highly recommend DrainWorks.
