    Toilet unblock and snake

    Jeremy Harris was professional, courteous, and did a great job in making light work of fixing our blockage issue! The home he came to late Wednesday is owned by The Salvation Army and we will be pushing Drainworks now for all Sally Ann customers!!! Great job Jeremy.

    Service - clearing a basement drain

    We found DrainWorks Plumbing & Drain Specialists to be promt, honest and professional. Jeremy Harris was clear, concise, friendly and extremely professional! We would recommend this company to family & friends!!

    Slow toilet

    The title really says it all. They slotted us in late in the evening. Jeremy gave us a call to let us know he was coming. He showed up promptly, gave us the options, recommended the simplest and cheapest approach first, did the work quickly, cleanly, pleasantly, and most importantly, effectively. Can't ask for more than that. Would definitely call them again if ever needed.

    Installation of 2 new Drain out spouts outside.

    On Wednesday evening July 2, 2008 - Our basement basin sinks and floor drain were backing up in my basement. Thank good for a backstop in the floor drain or I'd have bigger issues. That evening I came accross homestars and found Drainworks. Everyone, from the CSR's who answered the phone at midnight, to Armando who showed up at 730am the next morning and supervised the diagnosis, the project and the repair team he brought in were very professional and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier at times, they worked hard, kept my front yard clean and didn't get to bothered by my nosey neighbours. They did their best to minimize damage to my front bricked steps as the Y shared pipe and trap was beneth it. No damage done at all. They did a fantastic clean up! The front was back to normal with a few hours. Armando even initiated the city grant process (no word back yet, I hear it takes a couple weeks). I have recommended them to my friends for future issues. 4 weeks now and no backup or flooding. Thanks guys, Brad

    bathroom tub drain

    Drainworks should be proud to have JEREMY. He fixed the drain, was clean and pleasant. In 2007 Drainworks replaced all my basement drains to the city lines This job cost $13,000.00 dollars. I was pleased then as well. NOTE: [Competitor] COULD NOT FIX THE DRAIN THAT JEREMY DID.

    clogged kitchen drain

    Called the company on a Saturday night and within the hour they sent someone over to help. The guy was super nice and professionalm he even wore his cool little booties not to get my house dirty. Great thumbs up.

    replace blocked drains

    Saturday night, six days before leaving for vacation - laundry water is backing up in my basement. Everyone, from John Paul who answered the phone, to Armando who supervised the diagnosis and project, to Lou who did the final inspection, and each worker who's name I do not remember, was professional, punctual and respectful. Each person contributed to making a stressful situation less traumatic. The camera inspection and detailed answers to my questions assured me that the work was absolutely necessary. They did their best to minimize damage to my new flagstone sidewalk and totally saved the new steps. They secured plastic and tarps to protect even more areas than concerned me. The did a fantastic clean up! Armando initiated the city grant process. I have recommended them to my friends.

    Plumbing - snaking bathroom sink drain

    Was trying to finish up a house repaint (including bathroom repaint/other repairs) before the spouse and spawn returned from the cottage when the bathroom drain stopped solid. Plungered, self-snaked but 3 90 degree elbows stopped me. Called the lads at Drainworks 11-ish and booked for next day but they said they would try to move it up. They did and by 2:30 the work was done,on budget,fast and with proper clean-up, some taping of goose-neck fittings. Eric is BIG and musta been a contortionist to save my still soft paint. Price was bang on low end of quote. Used this firm before for weeping tile replacement and they only did the necessary repairs, came in on budget and the lads dug so fast I was sure they must be part mole.

    Plumbing

    Eric completed the work in a timely fashion, on budget and ensured that I was happy and understood the cause of the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. I was extremely pleased with the service.

    Service call to unclog toilet

    Our toddler dropped something in the toilet and we contacted Drainworks on a long weekend to come and investigate. Armando and Eric were courteous, neat and very professionial. I would recommend them without hesitation.
