    Drain Blockage cleaning

    DrainWorks responded to my call in less than a few hours. Jeremy was extremely helpful in explaining the blockage and what work needed to be done. The work was quick and efficient and Jeremy even provided some great prevention steps again future blockages. Great friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks DrainWorks!

    Major Drain Repair

    I determined that my main drain needed repair and upgrading. I had three quotes done that all said that the same work was required but,varied significantly in price. Drainworks, provided a very detailed quotation and took the time to explain everything in detail. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They ensured that my house was left as clean as they found it. They put plastic over everything. They left my lawn in perfect condition. The team took the time at each phase to show me exactly what was being done and why. The amount of time they said it would take was exactly what they required. I would recommend Mike Dunn and his team without hesitation.

    Clogged drain was snaked

    After Monday's thunderstorm a drain at the bottom of an exterior basement staircase was completely blocked resulting in water coming in the basement door and threatening to flood the basement. I called two companies who both responded; Mr Rooter barely looked at the drain and immediately told me there wasn't even a pipe attached to drain and to fix the problem they would have to break up the concrete around drain and in the basement. DrainWorks sent Armando out and he was fantastic. He laid out all my options after hearing the story and looking at the drain. The simple fix I chose was to snake the drain which fixed the problem. You can really tell the difference between those who have a salary and those who work on commission. The best part is when I called Mr Rooter back they told me they had sent their best plumber. From the experience I had I'd recommend Armando at DrainWorks in an instant.

    Clogged Toilet

    My two year old son plugged the toilet with something unknown to us. DrainWorks answered the phone in person, arranged an appointment, was on time, fast and curteous. The quickly found the bottle cap in the drain and re-installed the toilet. Perfect execution which is all you can ask but cannot expect these days.

    Drain replacement after basement flood

    DrainWorks resolved our flood issues quickly and professionally. Our newly renovated basement flooded. DrainWorks responded quickly, diagnosed our problem using a camera which snaked through our drainage system. They fixed the front and back drains (back drains had to be fixed and the front was not as urgent but still needed repair), taking one day for each. Their crews were courteous and professional. Before the project started they explained everything and made sure we were comfortable. I recommend them to everyone. Our project manager was Mike and the crew was Misha and Serge. One thing we would improve is to have them cover our basement ceiling with plastic before digging into the floor. They did a great job of covering the walls, however. As a result, we need to repaint a portion of the ceiling which we could have avoided. Not a big issue but something to note. Andrew Andreoli

    Floor drain backup

    Drain Works did a great and quick job fixing my broken trap and breather. I've used them in the past and have always found them to be professional, understanding and courteous. Mike Dunn came out to assess the problem and he was very friendly and helpful in explaining the situation and solutions. Armando Gatti and his crew came out to fix the problem and they were all impressive. Armando explained the process for the day and wrapped it up with the inspection and explination. Plumbing issues are a pain but I feel confident with the quality of work I get with Drain Works.

    Drain unplugging

    Our storm drain backed up and flooded our basement with the thunderstorms on June 13/14 (Friday/Saturday and Sunday June 15. I called DrainWorks on Monday AM and they said that they'd have a technician over in the afternoon. Mike Dunn arrived Monday afternoon, earlier than promised and diagnosed the problem as a plugged storm drain that was causing the water to back up into a floor drain in our basement. He arranged for a repair crew to be there the next morning to complete the unplugging & repairs. AT 08:00 Tuesday Mike was there again, moments later Evegenyi & Igor arrived and began to dig. 2.5 hours and 6 feet later they had removed the plugged storm drain, which was exactly where Mike said it would be. They installed a couple of clean outs and backfilled the excavation, leaving my yard exactly as they had found it. While Evegenyi & Igor were backfilling Mike offered to 'check up on the rest of the drains in the house. They were done by about 2:30 PM. The work was done as promised and for the price quoted and i had the peace of mind of knowing that the rest of the drains in the house wre in pretty good shape.

    sewer back up re recent rains

    Drainworks responded within 2 hours to my emergency. Jeremy was throrough and curtious. he explained all problem areas and all work that was done and recommended. i would highly recommend this company.

    replacement of water and drain service

    Totally professional from start to finish. Hard working, fast, careful, thorough, respectful, took the time to explain. Very nice people. I have had many trades do work for me and these people are among the very best.

    Basement flooding

    When our basement had flooding problems after/during heavy rains, Drainworks had someone out to our place within 3 hrs. He took care of the problem quickly and kept us informed of his findings and progress. Drainworks are a fantastic support in an emergency.
