    drain fix

    flooded basesment by an outside drain blockage - these guys worked solidly to find the cause of the problem and then fix it - service was exceptional and quality work delivered ON TIME and ON QUOTE!

    Drain replacement

    Root damage from a city tree to old clay drainage pipes caused backup in my basement. DrainWorks assessed the problem, provided a number of options, and by the next day had replaced the old pipes and facilitated the inspection and paperwork for reimbursement from the city. Mike and Eric from DrainWorks were cordial, knowledgeable and highly professional, and DrainWorks admin staff were a pleasure to deal with. The excavation crew was clean and efficient and caused no damage or displacement to my or my neighbour's property. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and level of professionalism I experienced from DrainWorks staff.

    Waterproofing

    "After many years of water leaking into the basement we hired Drain Works to dug up by hand 40 Ft around the house. The crew was fast, hardworking, organized, polite and respectful of my property and the neighbour. They where here when they said they would and where done when they said they would be. Drain Works then sent out a technician to follow-up. Great crew and service!" Thank You.

    Drain repair

    Quick drain repair at a fair price. They replaced the collapsed trap in front of the house an after initial assessment the day before. They also organised the City permits and began the processing for a grant. left are a clean with no damage to plants around work area.

    Drain clogged

    I was totally impressed with the politeness, promptness, and professionalism of Drainworks. They arrived when they said, explained what they were going to do and got our OK before proceeding and then solved the problem so quickly they were gone in under an hour. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Sewer drain scope, partial clay pipe replacement & jetwash

    From the moment I called in, to the close off, Drainworks performed admirably. They were professional & clean, and always explained in great detail what they were doing, and why. I commend Jeremy, Lou, Eric and the dig crew for their great work.

    Replace drainage system in basement and exterior of house

    After months of drain backups and several service calls by other companies who merely routered the drains and offered half-hearted explanations of the cause, I finally lucked out by calling Drain Works. Armando Gatti and his hardworking team immediately determined the problem (root infiltration) and replaced the entire drainage system inside and outside of my house in two days. Armando was extremely professional and made a horrible (and expensive!) situation far easier to deal with. I highly recommend this company!

    Leaky toilet and faucets

    We called Drainworks to fix a leaky toilet. They arrived within hours. The work was so fast that I only paid the minimal fee. Chris fixed a leaky faucet in another washroom after he offered to review any other plumbing issues I had. He was very professional. I will use them again.

    Sewer Line Blockage

    My first house and my first drain problem. A friend refered me to Drainworks and Armando showed up to inspect the problem the same day. I was extremely pleased with the speed and service. Armando showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it in easy-to-understand terms, without pressuring me to do any unnecessary work. He had a crew out the next morning, and my problem was completely fixed that afternoon. I would highly recommend Drainworks, and you should ask for Armando.

    Drainage Problem

    I was very impressed with the service from DrainWorks right from the beginning. They quickly found the issue, recommended the fix with a quote, and were ready to do the work right away. The price for all work was lower than any plumber I used before. I had another plumber quote the work involved earlier and they wanted to do twice as much work for 4 times the price. All workers were polite and explained each step. And they left the place spotless. The inspection after by Lou was very thorough and again all was explained. I will definitely use DrainWorks for all plumbing needs in the future.
