    replacement of exterior drainage pipes

    We had a sewage backup in our basement, and I phoned DrainWorks the next morning. They were on site within two hours, and their representative, Mike, was friendly, helpful and did a great job explaining the problem: that tree roots had most likely infiltrated the original clay drain pipe that ran from our house to the city sewer. While they ended up having to dig two holes over two days to replace the old pipes after they determined there were blockages in two separate areas, their quote for each job was completely accurate. DrainWorks also took responsibility for calling a City of Toronto inspector to the site so that we could qualify for a tree-root rebate. The company finished the entire job over two days, with supervisors returning regularly to check the progress. A couple of days following completion of the work, Mike and his colleague, Eric, came back to do a thorough inspection of the new pipes, along with the older ones serving the rest of the house, using a small TV camera. I was able to view everything on a portable monitor so I could see for myself that everything was working OK and that the blockage had been cleared. I would definitely phone them again.

    Drain Problem - Sewer Odour

    I had a terrible sewer odour in my house when it rained. Jeremy came over on the Sunday of the long weekend and spent almost 3 hours fixing the problem. He was professional, courteous and very helpful throughout. Thanks Drainworks and thanks Jeremy!

    Video Inspection of main drain

    Just like to say that Jermey Harris at Drainworks did a fantastic job! He solved the problem quickly and was very knowledgable. He even showed up late at night when the problem occured to resolve the problem. Thanks again

    removed old and replaced with a new basement floor drain

    I am very happy with the service I received from Drainworks recently. We had exterior old weeping tiles replaced with new ones and then needed to have an interior basement floor drain replaced. Everyone at Drainworks from initial phonecall to the last person to leave our house was just excellent. Their communication with me and between each other could not be improved on. They were extremely courteous, professional, neat, tidy, organized, efficient, on time and respectful of our property. They paid attention to every detail from start to finish. I wish every company that you need services from could be like this! Special thanks to Jeremy, the excavation team (for being so neat and clean!) and Frank and Lou for their great explanation of the job done.

    Clogged laundry sink

    Matt, the technician, provided a quick diagnosis and explanation as to fixing the problem with a price quote up front. He put on boot slippers when inside the house. His work was quick and thorough. All of my questions were answered honestly and professionally.

    toilet leak

    I had a toilet leak on my second floor causing water to drip to my first floor. I called Drainworks in the evening, and someone showed up early the next morning. In no time, the old gasket was replaced with a wax one, drain was checked for damage, toilet was tested few times, and the whole bathroom was mopped.

    Plumbing

    We were faced with a potential sewer back-up due to roots inflitration in the sewer pipes. We called Drainworks to assess the situation and would like to commend Armando and his team on an excellent job. They were very professional, polite and clean, mindful of causing the least possible damage to our home while doing the repairs. Armando very patiently explained to us what had to be done, the cost involved and answered our questions. He provided us with good advice and suggestions demonstrating his experience and knowledge. He called the city and intiated the drain grant process. Plumbing can be a nasty job and a person like Armando is invaluable in doing the job right the first time, every time. We truly appreciate his professionalism. Drainworks you have a real pro in Armando and we are glad you have him on your team!

    Drain Repair

    Armando and his crew did an excellent job. They were hardworking, polite and professional. Prior to the actual work, Armando took the time to fully explain what was involved. When it was time to dig, the crew did so treating our property with proper care and attention. I was very impressed and would recommend DrainWorks.

    Slow-running drains

    DrainWorks quick response i.e. next day service, to clear clogged drains, and Mike and Eric's abilitiy to handle "older plumbing" removes the anxiety of dealing with plumbing problems. Appreciated their informative, complete and tidy handling of the clogged drains very much. DrainWorks definitely takes the "pain" out of plumbing.

    Main drain replacement after collapse

    Great professionals - Mike, Micha, Eric and team. They solved this difficult situation with intelligence, consideration and speed. Micha made sure there was minimal upset in the house. Mike was fantastic at managing the work while explaining every step of the way. I felt the really worked for me.
