    Replaced breather and trap with PVC and cleanouts

    I was extremely pleased with the service provided by DrainWorks. I was having water backing up through the basement drains when doing laundry. William was polite and helpful on the phone to set up an appointment within a few hours. Mike D arrived on time and diagnosed the problem as requiring a replacement of the trap and breather. He explained the problem to me and what would be involved in the work. The next morning 3 men arrived on time to do the excavation and work. They worked diligently and were very professional - informed me when I could and could not use water, and replaced dirt to flat level. Jeremy H arrived as scheduled a few days later to conduct the inspection. He was very thorough and clearly explained to me what he was doing and any recommended follow-up work. Although it was an expensive job, I felt comfortable with the service received for the cost I paid.

    Drain repair

    I was impressed by the service from the first phone call. Drainworks knocked themselves out to get a technician to my home promptly. Loved the attention to detail evident in all aspects of their service.

    Kitchen sink backed up

    I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and easy to deal with attitudes from all the employees from William the dispatcher to the plumber. Pricing was never a grey area...they gave me a rough idea of pricing over the phone and had a set pricing structure once on site. It was a very good overall experience. I'm extremely pleased with the service.

    Home plumbing /toilet clogged

    Drainworks showed up exactly when they said they would , Jeremy was really professional, wore slippers to cover his boots, provided good advice and completed the work quickly. It was a total pleasure to deal with Drainworks.

    camera Inspection & Basement Clay Sewar Pipe replaced

    I called Drain Works because of the laudatory reviews on this HomeStars site.To eradicate an unpleasant drain odour in my basement meant replacing an old clay sewer pipe.Employees were prompt, courteous and efficient in dealing with a job which got a little more complicated than anticipated once the diagnosed work area was opened.As the owner of a home built in 1936, I've come to expect "surprises" and this job was no exception.Clean-up was superior to most job projects I've had in the past.Overall, the attitudes and work ethic of this company's employees make them worthy of a high recommendation.

    Laundry room - slow to drain - backing-up in tubs

    Years ago we had a similar problem; called DrainWorks; were very happy with the solution; did not hesitate to phone them again. From the initial call (expertly handled by the woman at the desk), I was impressed. Technicians Mike & Eric explained the procedure and followed through with the job efficiently, and of course, to our complete satisfaction.

    Clogged kitchen sink.

    Cleared a clogged up kitchen sink. Prompt and courteous by Jeremy. I called during the morning and was able to schedule an appointment in the late afternoon. I have used Drainworks services in the past for the clogged kitchen sink. Apparently my kitchen sink tends to clog up every two years. Highly recommended.

    Clogged toilet

    My toilet was plugged and I suspected the problem to be caused by a small plastic article being flushed by my 3 year old! Armando G immediately suggested the best course of action and proceeded with the job. During the procedure, he found another problem but once again was able to come up with a solution that would help me out without too much additional cost. He worked efficiently and explained things along the way and was a very courteous young man. I have to add that it would have been useful if Armando had all the equipment he needed in his van because my toilet will need to be reset and he was only able to offer a temporary fix.

    Drain Repair

    We had a break in the main sewer line. The gentleman Mike who inspected and found the problem was extremely helpful, not only in discovering the problem but in calculating the cheapest way to do so. The work was done quickly and neatly. Final inspection was just as thorough and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with this company. We thank them.

    annual check up

    Steve arrived on time, was personable, helpful and tidy. He explained in words I understood and without sounding patronizing. The only work undertaken was the most immediately necessary and I was given time frames on a couple of other areas that I should 'keep a watch' on. Steve completed the work efficiently and pleasantly and was altogether a joy to have around. (He even put up with my dead-asleep teenage daughter who was right in he middle of one of the floors with the most drains) Thanks Steve and Drainworks.
