    Interior sewer line rebuild, and drain clearings

    Field technicians Mike and Eric, supervisor Lou, their in-ground crew, and William on the front desk: courteous, fast, prompt, efficient, kind, patient, thorough, and fair on interior sewer line collapse that off-lined our entire house. Ditto their assistance with follow-up blockages of feeder drains. Highest recommendation.

    unknown source of water leaking into basement

    Mike and Eric were relentless and thorough in conducting an investigation to find the source of water flowing into my basement, and it paid off! Mike found a broken incoming water line, and had a repair team lined up promptly. Mike and Eric are honest, professional and reliable guys who give you the straight goods. My questions were always answered, sometimes before I had to ask them. Walter and his dig team were fantastic - so organized, hardworking, knowledgeable, and TIDY! They replaced water and sewage lines, and even did more than they were required to do. I would say this is a very ethical company with a conscience and a desire do things right. I thank them all so much. Drainworks rocks!

    Underground drain replacement due to root infiltration in old clay pipe.

    Jeremy and all the members of the team made a difficult situation easyer. They took care of my drain problem, efficiently and professionally. I would recommend DrainWorks to my friends.

    Replace bathroom sink

    My bathroom sink was chipped and needed to be replaced. I purchased the replacement sink and called Drainworks because their reviews in Home Stars were so good. I received a quote and agreed to the installation of the new sink plus the reinstall of the existing faucet. Part way through the install, I was told that the faucet was rusted and could not be reinstalled. I had not planned for this and was therefore unaware of faucet prices. Since the work was underway, I felt that I had no choice but to agree to purchase a replacement faucet from Drainworks. The service phone call was well handled and Drainworks called to verify that I was ready for the plumber to arrive. The plumber was very pleasant. There was one small issue with the install and, the next day, the plumber agreed to return in the future to fix it. Several days later, I was in a RONA store. They carried what I feel is the same faucet - looks exactly the same and the manufacturer is the same. The big difference was that Drainworks charged me 545% of the price at RONA! I wrote to Drainworks to complain. My letter was responded to within 30 minutes of the email delivery. Through several heated miscommunications - there was NO innocent party in these exchanges - we came to a mutually agreeable settlement. Drainworks returned at a time convenient to me to repair the initial problem and to deliver my check.

    Clogged Drains

    I opened the yellow pages at 1:00 p.m. to find a plumbing company to resolve a couple of clogged sink drains - selected Drainworks as my first choice to call -- was happy with price quoted and requested a contractor come to my house to repair our drains in two bathrooms. Mathew Achcinski arrived at 2:00 p.m. of the same day. He explained the procedure he was going to do, emptied the cupboards underneath the drain for both bathrooms, put everything back once finished and cleaned up! Not only was every drain operational, but it looked as if a plumber had never been there!! I am very happy with Mathew's professionalism and his great work! For any other plumbing problems I will definitely contact Drainworks.

    plugged drain

    Second day of March Break and already the garburator has been filled with who knows what. After about an hour of persistent coaxing Lou got it running. Even cleaned up everything under the sink and took away all the garbage. Hopefully the last visit over the break but if not, I know who to call. Thanks, great work.

    Plugged drain

    Many thanks to Jeremy! He solved and fixed the problem very efficiently. The service was also friendly, despite it being 9:30 p.m. I would recommend Drainworks and Jeremy to others. Thanks again.

    Replacement of 5 ft. section of broken pipe

    Had drain backup in our parking garage and called Drainworks. Jeremy Harris showed up within 1 hr. and assesed what needed to be done. The quote was submitted and the next day Lou Spada and the dig crew showed to start the work. They had the work done that day and the next day they came in and jetted the storm line in parking garage to clear the debris buildup and make sure all the sediment had been cleared. After this was done Lou sent the camera down and showed me that the line was completly cleaned. They even left the area cleaner then when they started. From my standpoint this was clearly a team effert and was conducted to perfection. Thanks to Jeremy & Lou for the EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

    Drain Replacement/Waterline Replacement

    Just wanted to pass on my recommendation for Drainworks. Mike and Eric were out to our house when we had a basement drain back-up. They took me through the drain line with the snake and were able to identify roots that had penetrated through the old clay pipe. While we weren't thrilled about having to do the extensive drain replacement (60ft), it was necessary and no one better to do the work than Drainworks. They walked us through the process, answered our questions and provided clear estimates of their pricing structure. Misha and his crew worked tirelessly for four days to get the job done, including some extensive work outside in the cold weather. Mike and Eric returned for the final inspection to make sure the job was done properly, which it was. They were also helpful in going over paperwork for the City of Toronto rebate program. Definitely would recommend them to others. Thanks Drainworks for your professional work and attention to detail.

    Simple Plumbing Job

    I wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Works again! Incredibly quick turn around time with a toilet problem and Lou explained everything he did, what he would do if it happened again and what the next steps might be. Efficient, professional and quick! Thanks Lou!
