    Drain Replacement/Waterline Replacement

    Just wanted to pass on my recommendation for Drainworks. Mike and Eric were out to our house when we had a basement drain back-up. They took me through the drain line with the snake and were able to identify roots that had penetrated through the old clay pipe. While we weren't thrilled about having to do the extensive drain replacement (60ft), it was necessary and no one better to do the work than Drainworks. They walked us through the process, answered our questions and provided clear estimates of their pricing structure. Misha and his crew worked tirelessly for four days to get the job done, including some extensive work outside in the cold weather. Mike and Eric returned for the final inspection to make sure the job was done properly, which it was. They were also helpful in going over paperwork for the City of Toronto rebate program. Definitely would recommend them to others. Thanks Drainworks for your professional work and attention to detail.

    Simple Plumbing Job

    I wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Works again! Incredibly quick turn around time with a toilet problem and Lou explained everything he did, what he would do if it happened again and what the next steps might be. Efficient, professional and quick! Thanks Lou!

    Replaced drainwork inside and outside

    I had a sewage explosion through the pipes in my basement...it was horrible! I opened up the yellow pages and called the first big advertisement I saw - Drainworks. From the person who answered the phone to the crew that showed up - I was very impressed each step of the way. Armando Gatti arrived and determined it was roots that had busted through...I was SO upset! From there he arranged the crew to come do the work and really explained everything to me in terms I could understand. The work was done very quickly, professionally and I felt at a fair price (from what I've since heard from friends). Drainworks was incredible and Armando turned it into a much easier experience.

    all drain work from frozen pipes to clogged drains to snaking tree roots

    I love this company. I started using them years ago when another company could not fix a frozen pipe after working on it for over 6 hours. Drainworks sent Mike Dunn who came quickly and fixed it in 20 minutes. Since then, he has done a number of jobs for me. He (and the others at Drainwords) are immpecably polite, clean, on time, thorough and efficient. I have total trust in them.

    Plumbing

    It started on a Sunday night after a load of laundary. We didn't realize it until we went to add the next load when we noticed the basement had started to flood. My wife saw the DrainWorks ad in the yellow pages and she had noticed their trucks in the neighbourhood. So we took a chance and called. Right from the initial phone call placed to the final job review with Jeremy these guys where exceptional. They exceeded our expectations on all fronts and we had probably one of the best customer experiences with a contractor/service company ever. I'm not kidding! The guys where very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up replacing our entire system from the back of the basement all the way to the city line. Jeremy started things off by spending a few hours on the Sunday night trying to unblock things, and then proceeded to explain our options. The quotes where clear and detailed. The main team showed up the Tuesday at 8 am sharp and put in an incredible day. When we inquired about perhaps replacing the water line at the same time, the response was "no problem!... this would definitely be the time to do it!" Our basement looked like a trench zone in a WW1 movie after the first day, but the guys had put up plastic to minimize the dust and when they were completed, you wouldn't have known they had been there. I have retold our experience with DrainWorks to numerous friends, collegues and neighbours over the past few weeks and will continue to spread the good word about these guys. Congrats Terry on putting together a great team together!

    Different sewer pipe replacements over a number of years

    We've hired Drain Works a number of times over the years. Terry and his staff are all first rate. They return calls promptly and show up when they say they'll show up. Their people are courteous, professional, quick and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and the final charge is always what they quote. The biggest job they ever did for us involved replacing approximately 50 feet of sewer pipe in our basement. It was an incredibly messy job involving five separate rooms. They were able to completely isolate their work areas, and when they cleaned up at the end of the three days you'd never have known they were there. Drain works is a no-brainer for any plumbing problems. You don't have to worry about whether or not the job's going to get done well. We've recommended them over and over again, and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work guys!

    drain backed up

    we had water backing up into our basement. In the past i always called one of the more recognizable companies but stumbled across Drainworks via google and i am so glad that i did. They came on Sunday (within a hour of my call) and were honest, clear concise. Jeremey was outstanding, explaining everything and was very trustworthy. Decided to dig out the 100 year old clay pipe based on his reccomendation and they came back a day later and fixed it. Lou and his team were professional, thourough and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use or reccomend Drainworks in the future.

    sink plug & plumbing work -Feb15

    Since I used Darinworks more than a year and half ago for the first time, I became a regular customer. The works done for the kichen facet by Chris Leger as well as toilet tank. Inspection and maintenance are done a couple months later without charges. Sink Plug done by Mike. Chris and Mike and others from Drainworks are so professional and courtesy. Very pleasant to see works done as well as personality. Excellent!

    backed up drains

    You know when the workman puts on special plastic boot covers inside your house, you're in for something special. So, I have to say, Mike Dunn provided the single best household-related service I've every experienced. Right from the getgo, he was reliable, methodical, competent, and totally pleasant to deal with. He also talked me through the problem in a way that was so helpful and reassuring, because--as you know, backed up drains are a giant pain in the butt. Very draining. The work team was also great, as were the people I dealt with on the phone concerning appointments, etc. I've owned a home for fifteen years, and I've never had it this good. Makes you wonder: why are most trades people so second rate? Roxanne

    Sewer pipe replacement

    Four houses on my short street have all used Drainworks and have all been very happy with their professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. Lou did a great job of explaining the replacement of our old sewer pipe with new PVC. The dig crew arrived the next day, finished the same day, and did a great clean-up! Mike came a few days later for the final inspection and answered all my remaining questions. We are extremely impressed by the high level of teamwork throughout the company and we highly recommend them!
