    Replace pipes and weeping tiles

    Water and dirt kept coming up through a basement drains during heavy rainstorms. Looked online for companies to repair it and decided on Drain Works as they had many favourable reviews. Matt came over within an hour of my call which I was very pleased with and told us what he thought should be done and at a reasonable price. A work crew arrived in a few days which was earlier than originally planned. They replaced a lot of old pipes clogged with dirt and put in new weeping tiles also filled with dirt. Everything was done very efficiently and professionally and the clean up was so well done you'd never think anything had happened. No more water leaks! Would recommend Drain Works without hesitation. Thank you.

    Backwater Valve Install

    Armando is the man!! I got a Backwater valve installed, I just moved in my new place and they accommodated my schedule for the install no problem. He explained step by step what was going to get done, the inspection process and how to get the rebate from the city. Everyone involved from start to finish were professionals. When the job was done they came back and inspected the work to make sure it was done right, no one does that anymore. Don't think twice call up Drainworks and get the valve put in, with the rebate from the city and the great price they'll give you you'll be glad next flood that you don't have crap floating in your basement like your neighbour does cause they didn't call. Shout out to Eddie for setting it up.

    Basement Flood

    Following a heavy rain on Saturday 13 June, we woke to find the sewage had backed up through much of our finished basement. Drainworks expedited a technician who scoped the pipes and we saw the old clay pipes broken and rotted. The next day Drainworks was on the job, excavating driveway and basement to install new PVC pipes. Outstanding work, speedy and no mess at all. Frank and his crew were terrific. Sincere thanks for their professional and competent work.

    Backwater Valve

    Armando and his team were amazing. Honest, thorough, and extremely professional. Most importantly both my wife and I felt that they went an extra mile for us in helping us save unnecessary cost on our basement repair. Highly recommended.

    New Sewer Drain

    We had to re-route a sewer drain, dig a new 70 foot trench and connect to the city sewers. Frank from Drain works came on site and was very knowledgeable. He helped to highlight some challenges and then explain the next steps. He even drew up the new sewer plans for the permit office. Every step of the way Frank provided excellent communication and regular updates. Drainworks completed the work when they said they would. When we went to check it out we were very impressed with the work site. They dug a 70 foot trench and all the debris was neatly piled in corners. After completing the work there was some issue with the new cement they poured. Within a day Frank made arrangements to fix the issue and did so according to my timelines. I would use Drainworks again without hesitation.

    Bathroom Plumbing Problems

    DrainWorks was called when we had serious problems with a clogged tub drain and a broken sink drain. The worker was professional, efficient, and the cost was in-line with expectations. We were pleased with the work.

    Backwter Valve & replace clay pipes

    Finally decided to get the drains replaced after problems with tree roots causing back-ups. Did my research and decided on DrainWorks based largely on the reviews on Homestars. The company was professional and courteous and the person I dealt with, Armando, explained how it all would work out. Despite a delay with the inspection everything went well. I would recommend DrainWorks to fiends and family.

    Replaced sanitary line inside and installed back water valve

    Drainworks was called when we had a sanitary line back up in the basement of our house. They cleared the backup and quoted a base price to correct the problem with pipes which was a 'belly' or settling of the pipes over time that didn't allow the sewage to leave at time, causing the back-up. They dug up and removed existing plastic pipe but had to go further. Their quote was expensive but they went down a little to meet closer to our budget. Piping was reinstalled, backwater valve also, city lic. official came to inspect, it cleared adn they returned in a very timely manner to do a professional job on the backfill and concrete finish.

    Backwater Valve Installation

    We recently had a backwater valve installed in our basement. I would highly recommend Drainworks for any plumbing or drain work. Frank Casciaro's attention to detail, support and customer service was exceptional. The team was very respectful, timely and took great care to keep our home as clean as possible.     Complete new drain system

    We wanted to install a bathroom in our basement and consulted with Drainworks. Jeff and Armando both investigated our aged and barely functioning drains, making sure we understood their concerns. We ended up replacing the whole system and are so pleased we did. The team protected our belongings, completed the work in less that 24 hours and cleaned thoroughly. A job well done!
