New Shut-offs + More!
Our hot water tank had just emptied into our basement the night before and of course the shut-off leading into it also was working leaving us no choice but to turn off the main water shut-off for our house. This left us with no water period. After the HVAC installer that originally installed the heater was not able to service us for two days, I called Drainworks and they were able to come over the next morning between 8 and nine. They showed up at the crack of 8 sharp and we had water (albeit cold) flowing within the hour along with two beautiful new ball valves on the hot and cold side of the tank. While we had him here we also had him re-plumb under our kitchen sink which was not to code since we bought the house and also replace our leaking kitchen faucet with a beautiful new Moen. While Drainworks in not the cheapest plumber out there, they are by far one of the most professional and thorough we've used and we've used dozens on various jobs and projects around our house since we bought it seven years ago. Over the years we've spent thousands of dollars with them doing everything from snake drains, to cut whole new septic drains in our basement to other minor plumbing repairs. Each job they do quickly, professionally and leave the area cleaner and better than when they arrived. I can't say enough good things about them. I only wish more service companies would be as polite, reliable and good at what they do as these guys. Once again, I remain impressed!

Pipe replacement
Drainworks did a great job. I have used them before for other plumbing issues. Technicians are through and answer all questions. Great job! Even advised me to call City with issues that they could see on City property.

Toilet Flange
I've been lucky to have been using Drainworks for the last year and with every project the work is flawless. This time again my regular plumber Chris from Drainworks was fantastic working over a completely open floor to replace a sub par flange. I was wondring if Chris could work while balancing on just the joists, but without hesitation he took command of the jobsite. This is the result of experienced trades people, and this is what you get from Drainworks. Thanks again all the wonderful people at Drainworks.

Inspection of pipes
Moved to a new residence and wanted to inspect the pipes in advance of renovations. Frank was thorough, punctual, professional, and offered sound advice for how to deal with any issues that arose. This is the second time we've used this company and would recommend them highly.

Complete sewer pipe replacement and backwater valve install
Excellent service from start to finish. Armando took the time to explain the work in detail, making sure there was no confusion. Extremely impressed with the workmanship and the focus on keeping the working areas isolated from the rest of the house. 1-time transferable life-time warranty also a huge plus. Will definitely call DrainWorks again for any future projects.

Back Water Valve Installation
From the moment I met Armando I knew I was in good hands. He was very patient and expertly answered all of my many questions. On the day of the installation I was very impressed as Armando's crew started by completely tarping the floor from our door to the workarea. Plus they made a tent like enclosure around the workarea to minimize the concrete dust from traveling around the house. The crew did a great job. Very professional and neat. Once finished and cleaned up it was as if no one had been there. The only evidence is the new concrete and opening cover in the floor that houses the back water valve. Armando explained how to maintain the back water valve and gave me a demonstration. Amazing work! Thank you Armando and crew!

Leaky pipe repair
One of my plumbing pipes burst. when I gave Drain Works a call they showed up within the hour. Their price was very affordable and they had the tools and know how to repair the problem right on the spot. Thanks again!

unplugging a toilet
Our plumber was on time, courteous, clean, and determined to give us excellent service. We had used Drainworks before for other plumbing problems and we are quite satisfied with their work.

water line upgrade
I've had numerous dealings with Drainworks and with everyone the service gets better. The communication with the office is fantastic, and the calls are handled with great professionalism. You can always be in contact with them and NO CALL SERVICE. And now to their plumbers, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! The best parts, the best ideas, and the absolute best workmanship. Drain clearing
Called DrainWorks Plumbing to clear a main floor vanity sink drain that was plugged.After 45 minutes of trying to clear the drain the technician advised that the snake could not go any further and that the pipe would have to be exposed for a plumber to come and clear it by cutting open the line. I opened up the wall to expose the drain line where it connects to the stack pipe. Three weeks later I called a licensed plumber to come and try fixing the problem. I explained what the technician at DrainWorks had told me. He first tried snaking the drain line and within 10 minutes had the drain cleared. Now I've paid twice for a job that wasn't done right the first time, plus have a lot of drywall to repair. Will never use DrainWorks Plumbing again. Response from company was that all work is chargeable.

Chris, The main floor sink has been an ongoing issue at your Mother-in-Law’s home for more than 3 years. We originally snaked this sink in 2011. Two weeks ago, you called us as it was backed up again, only to cancel as, according to you, Drano seemed to solve the issue in the interim. As snaking is a temporary solution, and in light of the fact that the home is approximately 60-70 years old with potentially original piping (as you can see in your picture), coupled with the fact that this had become a recurring issue, on our most recent visit, we advised to expose the piping in question. By doing this, a plumber could replace the pipe to ensure it was up to date, and provide you with a permanent solution. To your point of someone else clearing the line, all we can speak to is what we did; that is use the proper method and the proper snake cables. As evidenced by the multiple calls you’ve made for your Mother-in-Law’s house over the past 3 years, this would certainly appear to be an issue that you will have to revisit again, as opposed to addressing it permanently, as we suggested. The choice was certainly yours; time will tell, and if history is an indicator, this issue will re-occur.
