    Drain Pipe Replacement

    I experienced a moderate flood of water back through my basement toilet and shower, which entered by basement living space. I contacted DrainWorks immediately, and Armando arrived on site to video scope the line. It was discovered that the sewer line was obstructed by roots. This was a disheartening discovery, as the pipe had been replaced only 2 years ago by another plumbing company for the same thing. Armando outlined the probable causes, and we decided it would be best to dig up the basement floor and replace the pipe and several 'Y' connections. The team arrived the next day, and completed the job same day in a very professional and clean manner. I highly recommend DrainWorks.

    Snaking of main sewage drain

    Our floor drain had been backing up occasionally since we purchased the home 3+ years ago and finally at the end of this past week water it was backing up continuously so we called DrainWorks. The technician Jim arrived and gave us time to corral our dogs and then went to work assessing the situation, explaining his diagnosis and our options. He then and located and exposed the 'clean out' which had been dry walled over by the previous owner. Jim worked quickly and cleanly snaking the drain, pulling out a huge bundle of tree roots along with toilet paper etc., allowing the waste to finally flow out to the sewer. Efficient, polite, and considerate, Jim represented DrainWorks like a true professional, thank you!

    Plumbing Services from Drainworks

    Drainworks fixed a plumbing problem that we had had for a while. I am pleased. The staff was professional, and added their booties over shoes and worked quickly, quietly and cleaned up their mess. And problem issue was resolved. Nice work Chris!

    Sewer line replacement

    Honest proposal. Very clean and systematic approach to the job. Employees were excellent from Sales to Dispatch and the hard labourers. Was informed off progress along the way. Excellent assistance in the process.

    Lead pipe removal

    We just bought a new house and needed a lead pipe from the house to the city water feed replaced with copper. Frank from Drainworks was very professional and walked me through all of the work that was going to be done. He and his crew worked quickly and made sure that the site was very clean when they finished. I highly recommend them.

    New water supply

    I have been using Drainworks for several years now, including three visits in the past 12 month (one leaky pipe, one burst pipe and, most recently, a new water supply). Their customer service is simply the best I've experienced. They arrive when they say they will arrive and their people, from dispatch to the on-site supervisors, are top notch communicators. I have never been asked to pay more than the amount quoted up front. I don't even bother seeking competing quotes anymore for plumbing jobs. If I'm paying a bit more than I should their service more than makes up for it.

    New drain in furnace room and new water supply

    I needed a new water supply from the property line due to existing old lead pipe and a new floor drain in the furnace room to handle a new condensing boiler. Job was well communicated, done on time, cleaned up very well and left the site with the job complete. These jobs are expensive given the labour involved but Drainworks was less the 40% of the competing bids. I would recommend highly if you need drain, plumbing or water services performed.

    Major work

    Drainworks have done a number of jobs on our property. it is a difficult site! They have treated every situation, emergency or planned, with the same methodical analysis and recommendation, then good quality installation accomplished with great care and follow-up. Can't recommend them enough.

    Sink and Toilet Blockage

    I requested service for my toilet and sink blockage in my upstairs bathroom. The tech was on time and explained the diffferent services available for my problem before proceeding with the work. He was thorough and professional. He explained to me the issues with the plumbing and the course for treatment without any pressure to proceed with his services. He put down a drop cloth and cleaned up all the mess. After all was said and done, my sink and toilet are now functioning very well.

    basement

    Very satisfied with their work and diagnosis. They pin point the exact problem with their high tech equipments and fixed it. Last guy I used from another company, three months ago, misdiagnosed the problem,causing my basement to flood again. DrainWorks Plumbing also charges reasonable rate ,in fact less than the other company I used last time. I highly recommend them.7 stars
