    Clean out installation

    I would gladly recommend Drain Works to my friends and family. Having dealt with another very big company I am pleased as a new home owner with their reliable and efficient services. Matthew and Armando were very professional and straight forward with our issues at our new home. Rather than seeking the sale for the job they concentrated on the problem at hand and was NOT money hungry and for that all our future drainage problems should there be any will always be handed by Drain Works plumbing.

    clearing drain blockage

    Great telephone answer service (courteous & efficient) Very friendly and plain-English demonstration of problem, using a machine to "scope" our entire drainage system, below ground. Itemized cheklist of work that needed to be done to eliminate the problem. Work successful and problem solved in one extended days work. Overall grade on report card on their services: 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company!

    Kitchen Renovation Plumbing

    It is rare you have someone as competent and pleasant as Chris from DrainWorks. The work he did was impeccable, he took the time to explain what he had done, was very tidy and respectful of our home and was just a nice person to have in our home. We wish to thank Chris and would highly recommend him.

    Replace Clay Pipes

    Fantastic service! The replacement of the clay pipes in my basement was done in one day. Armando Gatti was was so helpful and got the job done asap. He explained the problem clearly and spent the time to answer all my questions. The workers were fast and were in and out in one day. Clean up exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Armando and his team at DrainWorks!

    Basement Floor Drain Flood

    After our floor drain started flooding into our basement we called Drain Works, based on the reviews here. I called them at 4 PM on a Wednesday and they had someone out to our house between 5 and 6 PM that evening. Once they figured out that a dig was needed to fix it, they were able to have a crew booked for 10 AM the following day. They replaced a collapsed trap, put in clean outs and by 3:30 in the afternoon, everything was fixed, inspected and paid for. Awesome people (Jim, Lou and Matt) and great service. Thank you.

    Clogged drain in my laundry area

    My laundry tub and related pipes were clogged and backing up whenever laundry was done resulting in overflows. Drainworks snaked the pipe outwards to 25 feet and cleared the clog - smooth flowing water and drainage ever since - great job.

    clearing of drains

    Another fabulous experience with Drainworks!!! From the first phone call to the very end. Spoke with JP last night who dispatched Matthew for 9am this morning. Matthew showed up on time and as before was pleasant, informative and professional in both appearance and manner. This is a great Canadian company that I would recommend to anyone! Thank you Drainworks & Matthew!!!!

    new floor drain and piping

    For several months toilets were not functioning properly and water levels rising. The drainworks crew diagnosed the problem quickly and focused their attention on what needed to be done and advised against more costly solutions. I was totally satisfied with their expertise and hard work.

    Drain inspection

    Wanted my main house drains inspected as it hasn't been done in 15 years and it is an old house. Called drainworks based on reviews here. They were very good on the phone getting my appointment set up very quickly. Frank came the next day. He was very good and took the time to explain lots of things that I didn't know about the system and how it was working using a camera. Would highly recommend drainworks.

    Drain pipe replacement

    Received great service from DrainWorks in 2008; called them again for a drainpipe issue in 2013. Service from everyone was very good, including the phone staff. Armando and Frank were great. Took time to explain problems and options, ensured work was completed well, went over and above in taking time to explain the problem and consider solutions; very professional. Staff arrived when they said they would, very pleasant to deal with, did what they said they would do, left everything very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend, and would use them again.
