    Clear pipe blockage for 2 toilets

    Timely and excellent work provided by experienced and professional plumber at reasonable fee. Clear the mess but no mess at all! Armando, thank you very much and your are the best!

    Floor drain backed up

    Called Drain works for floor drain problem, I was given a price on phone, time of arrival and estimate of any overage. Job completed in very timely manner, very polite and cleaned up after him self. Thank you.

    Pipe Replacement

    We had a hole in our drain pipes and had to replace them. This is no small job digging a trench and replacing 28' of pipe and installing a floor drain. The crew were polite and cleaned up really well. Armando was amazing and was a big part of why we chose to go with Drainworks. They also came well recommended. We are very satisfied customers.

    Drain Clearing

    Our laundry tub was completely clogged and I found Drainworks via Homestars. While it wasn't an emergency we had someone here first thing this morning. Jim was great. Made sure he didn't bring any snow in with him and kept things completely clean and dry. It took him 2 or 3 runs at snaking the drain but he got it cleared out. I also called them as they support 2 of my primary charities. Sick Kids and Easter Seals. Thanks to William for getting back to us twice to confirm. Thanks to Jim for being on time and his professional work.

    repaired basement drains

    Sewage backing up is never fun. After trying to deal with it myself Drainworks was recommended to me by family. They called back right away and then kept in touch until we could meet to check out the problem. Service was courteous, timely and clean. Glad to have water flowing again!

    Basement flood

    The worker was very professional and laid out all the possibilities beforehand. I like the fact that they aren't commissioned based and I didn't feel like I was being sold extras. They also were punctual and called before arrival.

    Thawed Frozen Pipes

    Woke up this chilly morning with frozen kitchen pipes. Called DrainWorks, was instantly connected to the main dispatcher. He was friendly and told me he would call back soon once he figured out timing. About an hour later, I received a call that a plumber would indeed be able to make it to me today with a fairly wide timeframe (to be expected on a day like today). About an hour into the start of the timeframe, he called and said the guy would be here in 30. The plumber Armando arrived, was polite, friendly, took his boots off without asking and was able to answer all of my questions with candor. He was able to unfreeze my pipes in record time after taking all the necessary precautions and warnings of potential issues. Great service and would not hesitate to call again.

    Basement floor drain repair

    We had poor drainage from our basement toilet. Our plumber recommended DrainWorks come out to 'camera' it and assess the situation. I saw for myself, with the camera, that roots were clogging the drain in a few areas, some severely. DrainWorks recommended replacing the affected areas for a permanent solution. They were ready to start work right away. They kept a clean work site. They finished in a timely manner and left no mess at all. We were quite satisfied with their work.

    fix broen pipes

    I hired this company to fix my broken pipes and they did an amazing job, they were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, I was impressed!

    Sewer line replacement

    The service was fast. The assessment was well done (thorough and polite service). Even though they had to replace the sewer line under our front lawn, you could barely tell, they did such a good job.
