    Clogged Pipes

    I’d had this clogged pipe for a while but kept putting off the repair. Finally I called Drain Works they were on time, fixed the problem, and were pretty professional and helpful about the whole thing. Thanks again.

    plumbing

    Tuesday morning sewer backup in basement bathroom. After call to Drainworks Mike D. arrived within 45 minutes. With camera scope found tiles blocked by tree root. Next morning, Mike oversaw two men remove floor tiles and concrete floor, repair problem after second camera scope, replace concrete, toilet next day, City inspector arrived and checked root, all by Thursday morning. Hurrah!! Efficient, courteous and professional.

    underground drain work replacing lead pipes

    Extremely professional. Very friendly, informative. Took the time to explain and review problems and solutions. Worked hard (in the rain too) People at the office were very nice and efficient. Quick service and always on time. Amazing!!

    drain replacement/repair

    Discovering your basement flooded at the end of a long weekend is not a pleasant experience. Figuring out which drain contractor to call made for a sleepless night. I noticed other homeowners in the past getting their lawns dug up for days on end to repair their drains and therefore left without the use of toilets or showers. I also knew from friends that prices were all over the map. I decided to call Drainworks the next morning and arranged for someone to come out. Later that morning, Mike stopped by and put me at ease and explained everything fully. He quoted me a price which was extremely fair given the fact that they had to dig a pit 9 feet deep. The best part was that they started the work the very next morning and finished all in one day. All the garbage was removed and everything was cleaned up. The guys worked hard. Thanks to Mike, Andriy and Wasyl. Great job.

    Clogged Drain

    As a relatively new homeowner, to whom plumbing has always seemed somewhat mysterious, it was a fantastic experience to have such professional (and friendly!) people come to help us with our drain problem. The dispatcher at the office was incredibly helpful, providing me with accurate estimates and follow up calls related to arrival times. The technician, Mike, was just as personable, and provided me with an easy-to-follow Plumbing 101 explanation of how my drains function. After clearing the offending blockage, a camera inspection uncovered another problem with tree roots in our main line, and Mike was able to assist us with details on the city's drain grant program, and how that process works. He returned within a couple of days to excavate and replace the root-entrenched pipe. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently, with an absolute eye to excellent customer service. I was also very impressed with the measures taken to keep my house/floors clean, as well as the consideration given to my front yard and landscaping. Thanks Mike, Eric, and everyone else for your help!

    Drain repair

    Overall we had a great experience with this company. Our technician was very prompt in assessing and fixing our problem. We researched a few other companies, but our initial interaction was not as friendly as with Drainworks. I would recommend this company to anyone who appreciates good service.

    Toilet Plug up

    Our toilet was backed up. Matt came to save the day on a SAturday night. He was clean, respectful, knowledgeable and quick. We have used Drainworks before and they alway are prompt, thorough, neat / tidy.

    unclogged the drain

    The service was prompt, professional and friendly. We were pleased with the expertise that they brought to the job, as we had tried several remedies and were stumped. Our drain tech, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. Very satisfied and would recommend the company to others!

    drain backup

    From my first phone call to Drainworks I knew this company was to be trusted. The dispatcher phoned me twice to let me know when to expect a staff member to arrive at my house, and when he did, he was professional, skilled and most importantly, honest regarding the extent and cost of the job. I will definitely recommend Drainworks to my friends.

    Plumbing

    What can I say about Chris Leger from Drainworks, but the best! He has been our go to plumbing professional for the five years we have enjoyed our home - maintaining seven bathrooms, overseeing a renovation and meeting the challenges of frozen pipes and a sump pump. Chris brings to his craft the utmost professionalism, total industry knowledge, good service and good humor. Now that we are moving we asked Drainworks/Chris to perform a general overview of our home plumbing, usually an industry cost of about $250 - we received a complete report for $69! It has been a great feeling to know you can call on Drainworks to take care of your home, knowing you'll get an imediate response and total integrity.
