    cleared drain repairs to sinks, taps instanll hand shower

    Phone manner and detailed pre-information clear and detailed. Response time, within 2 hours. Jeremy for blocked sink was polite, thorough, and detailed cost in writing BEFORE STARTING. Clean up excellent without being asked. Plumber Jeff arrived on the dot, was equally polite, thorough, made new suggestions to solve problems,and gave a completed FULL written detailed estimate before starting. Even the shield/crest on the uniform reflects the pride this company takes in all its people and work. I heartily recommend this company.

    Replacing pipes and adding a drain

    We had a smell of methane coming from a drain. They found the problem, and fixed it in a timely manner. They were super neat and cleaned up after themselves after they finished the job. Great service!!

    Emergency drain repair

    From start to finish, this drain repair project was a 10 out of 10: - for their excellent customer service both on the phone and in person: 10 - for a diagnostic that was easy to understand and repair recommendations that were reasonable: 10 - for quality workmanship: 10 - for Mike Dunn, the courteous and knowledgeable service technician who was dispatched to diagnose the problem and oversee the work: 10 (12 out of 10 if that was possible) - for the skilled 2-man crew that kept our place clean and the work area safe and tidy: 10 - for the overall peace of mind that Drainworks provides: 10 Hats off to Terry Cord and his team and thank you for a job really well done.

    bathroom ruff-in

    Drain Works is great and we would recommend them to anyone. They were prompt, friendly and professional. They came when they said they would, finished on time and there were no hidden 'extra' costs. They also made sure that they cleaned up all the rubble that was left.

    Replaced the sewer lines on exterior of house

    I had found the drain back up in my basement on on Saturday morning at approx 10:00am by 2:00pm Drainworks had come to the house and cleared the problem with an explanation of the issue and a camera inspection that showed roots in the clay pipe. Within 2 days the old clay pipe was removed and replaced. Everything was done on time and with zero mess.

    bathroom plumbing and faucets

    Another job well done. Thank you for being so efficient and professional. It is great to know that we have had a quality installation done by you that will last the test of time. I would highly recommend your services. A bit pricey but worth it for sure.

    Plumbing Maintainence

    We have been Drainworks customers for three year's now and have never needed to call another plumber. Their service is always prompt and thorough. The plumber is also very forthcoming about potential problems and other things that require attention.

    Drain Repair

    Our floor drain in the basement backed up; upon inspection by another company it was determined the problem was caused by roots. We contacted Drainworks for a second opinion as we felt very pressured by the other company. They got back to us immediately. Very thorough and honest we also saved over $1000.00. By coinsidence another problem occured and we used Drainworks for that repair also. Lou seemed to really care about us and made sure we were well informed and understood what was involved in the repairs. He also inspected the other job done by the plumber. Had we used the other company our entire driveway (and our neighbours) would have been completely destroyed which would have cost much more money. In the spring we will simply need a small patch. We will not hesitate to use Drainworks again should the need arise. Call Drainworks with confidence.

    clearing and repairing basement drains

    After a month of unpleasant smells in our basement, we realised something had to be done when our shower began to drain very slowly. After one telephone call, Mike & Eric came and took us through the processes necessary to resolve the situation. Mike explained the problem very clearly, with a full written quote. More work was required to resolve the problem, but at each step along the way, we were told our options and shown very clearly what was required. Mike, Lou and all the guys were punctual, polite and I'd definitely recommend Drainworks to anyone! Heck, Eric even helped me load up my car with stuff I was dropping off at Goodwill - thanks so much!

    Clogged Drain

    Mike & Eric were professional, informed and terrific. They assessed the problem with a drain camera and then offered me a number of solutions -- short term & long term -- outlining the costs and caveats of each. At no time did I feel "upsold" or pressured into choosing the priciest solution. They were very candid & knowledgeable, answering my questions in a clear, "no jargon" manner. The work was done very proficiently, my drain is now clear -- and I will not hesitate to call Drainworks the next time I need drain or plumbing work.
