    Pipes under kitchen sink replaced

    Saturday morning I noticed that my pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking. I called on Sunday, and was offered a Monday afternoon home repair visit. I then notice that part of the brass pipe was fully corroded (my finger went thru the leaking area). Jeff Wright came out on time and completed the job. He was very helpful especially as I struggled to locate the main water shut off valve!! He was professional and honest. He also installed two shut off values and prepared my pipes for a future dishwasher. He cleaned up the area and was gone in about 2 hours. No more leaky pipes under the sink now, The cost was high, but the job was done quickly and professionally. Thank you,

    Replace sewer drain pipe

    I called these guys in a panic at 3:45pm on a Tuesday to deal with a drain backup. Jeremy was at my house at 5:15 the same day. Jeremy was great - very friendly, took the time to explain the problem and took his time. He cleared the problem and explained the longer term fix. We decided to go ahead with that and the team was very good, neat and efficient. Jeremy ultimately came back and did the final inspection. Very happy and I would recommend them.

    Toilet repair

    Very efficiently handled, from the initial phone call, through scheduling the plumber (and his showing up on time), through provision of an an estimate, explaining it in detail and getting the work done quickly, efficiently and cleanly (nothing to clean up afterwards, even including footprints - he put on a sleeve over his boots). My only quibble was that the cost seemed high for what was done. I have no idea if other plumbers charge a similar amount. But given the likely cost of parts and time, I would think the price would have been closer to $200 than $300.

    Drain Video Inspection

    Called DrainWorks about an Odour from my pipes. They sent Jeremy to investigate. Although the final conclusion was source of smell was still unknown I can't help but state the level of knowledge and professional courtesy Jeremy demonstrated was outstanding. By the end of the visit I was left with the impression that Jeremy was even more determined to isolate my problem than I was. He clearly laid out a path forward that I could take to ultimately get to my root cause of the problem. I've dealt with lots of contractors and this was the first time I felt I was getting real value for my money. Jeremy has set the bar higher for what I should expect from any future contractor.     Thawing frozen pipe

    We have had issues with frozen pipes in the past, but recently we forgot to drip our taps over a particularly cold night. Last time we simply waited for them to thaw on their own, but we decided to see if any professionals could help this time around. Drainworks sent a technician on the same day I called. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and within an hour we had running water again. Everything was clearly explained up front, there were no surprises and all of the employees I dealt with were courteous and professional. A great value.

    Replace external drain pipes to street and instal new service

    They indicated that I was likely eligible for a City of Toronto drain replacement grant, and I was. They did it in the time indicated and were professional throughout. There estimate was accurate and assistance in obtaining grant to cover full cost was terrific

    Bathroom drain

    Right from the beginning to end, very professional and painless. The tech. arrived and went through the issue thoroughly with me, including the cost of the job. Very polite, courteous, reasonable and knowledgeable. Great job Drain Works!

    bathroom faucet and plumbing repair

    Communicating and dealing with Drainworks was entirely stress free. We received a phone call to indicate when the plumber would be there on New Year's Eve. Jeff arrived on time, assessed and discussed the problem with the bathtub faucet, shower head and plumbing in a friendly and professional manner. The quality of the work was excellent and the job was completed efficiently and very cleanly.

    Supplied and installed a bathroom faucet

    I called DrainWorks to fix what appeared to be a leak. Turns out the faucet that was in place - installed by the previous owner - was of cheap quality and it broke, and so had to be replaced. Jeff from DrainWorks supplied me with three choices - I liked having a choice - and he installed a new faucet that day. There was also a matter of a leak due to a badly installed bathtub - installed by the previous owner - which Jeff tested and fixed to my relief. I have to add that Jeff did this work, which took a couple of hours, while patiently putting up with the attention of my dog. Jeff was patient with the dog, and also in explaining the work that had to be done as well as the choices/options. The plumber did arrive late but the company called me in advance to say that he would be late as he was delayed on a previous job - I was pleased with the phone call. I am very happy with the service and would recommend DrainWorks gladly.

    Unclogging sewer

    I was very content with Drain works work. They gave me speedy service, knowledgable and polite workers (kept his booties on throughtout the whole time he was working), reasonable price.
