    underground pipe replacement

    We had root infestation in our pipes. We called Armando who came to our home. They provided a great service from beginning to end. He was very professional, provided estimates that were complete and accurate, and delivered exactly what was promised. He is very reliable and has a tremendous staff that worked very hard. We were in a difficult plumbing spot, and they really came through.

    Small bathroom reno

    This is the second time we've called DrainWorks. The staff is fast, skilled and friendly (and always wears slipper on their shoes too). They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

    New shut off valves and lines in kitchen

    The service was great! Jeff Wright was early - I've had bad experiences with companies promising to arrive at a certain time only to have to wait up to 2 hours. Jeff was also very personable, and a great plumber. He diagnosed my leaks, and made his recommendations. The work was completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Drainworks to anyone in need of plumbing work. Please donate the $25 to SickKids

    Drain repair

    Thanks to Mike and Eric of drainworks for quickly fixing the drainage problem in our home. In a friendly and courteous manner they quickly determined the cause of our problem and explained the most cost effective method of fixing the back-up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for drainage and plumbing help. Thanks!

    Removal of old sewer trap, line inspection, new instalation of trap

    I noticed an area of wet carpet around the floor drain in my downstairs washroom. I ask my neighbor to inspect this problem and after having a look he recommended Drain Works as he had been happy with their work at his house. Within a few hours of my Boxing Day call, Matt arrived and suggested that I have an inspection done to view the drain pipes. He carefully cut the carpet, inserted the snake and camera and told me about the condition and problem with old plumbing tiles etc. With his direction and useful information I decided to have the old pipe replaced . All this work was completed in less than five hours and I am able to use all the water etc in my home. Great work and good clean up procedures were done here.

    Kitchen faucet was replaced

    My kitchen faucet was loose and not working properly. DrainWorks responded within 24 hours. Jeff, the plumber was very professional. He was courteous, informative and happy in his job. Thank you

    replacing broken clay drain pipes

    Drainworks came on a Saturday to give a quote (within 12 hours of my call) and started as promised at 8am Monday. They were excellent at explaining every step of the process. I especially appreciated how they separated the topsoil and subsoil, replacing them correctly, and how they protected some valuable shrubs as well as the neighbour's garden. They cleaned up beautifully, including the public sidewalk. Their price was also the cheapest of the three quotes I received.

    Simple Repair for My Kitchen Sink

    I have used Drainworks in the past for drainwork and was very satisfied. So I decided to try them for some plumbing work. I was pleased to find the same level of professionalism, service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

    shower plumbing

    With a houseful of guests three days before Xmas, the shower pipes started to leak badly. A 9 am call led to a 1 pm visit and within an hour all was repaired with a smile. An estimate of costs was provided in advance and the work that was necessary was fully explained before it was carried out. In addition, a related problem was identified and repaired at the same time.

    Replacing Kitchen Faucet

    Jeff from DrainWorks replaced our kitchen faucet. He did a great job, was very friendly and explained things as he went along. Also, he showed me how to lower the temperature from scalding to hot on my water heater at no extra cost. These guys provide great service in a very efficient manner, there's a reason they are number #1.
