    Drapery Cleaning

    We have some drapes that have the hooks sown on. We went to other dry cleaners and either they did not handle drapes or they would not do them with hooks that are sown in. We finally tried Glen Forest Cleaners and since they also did not do such drapes, they recommended Drape Master. Having one dry cleaner recommend another meant a lot to us. And Drape Master lived up to the recommendation. Cindy was very informative and warned us of all risks. Thankfully there were no problems. Our drapes are now hanging and look and feel wonderfully clean. We highly recommend Drape Master.

    Linen romans and upholstery cleaning

    Drape Master provided reliable and friendly service. Work was completed on schedule and to a very good standard. Will use again and happy to recommend. All members of the team were professional

    Drapery

    Our living/dining room drapes had been hanging since 1970, smelled "old" and stale from smoking, household dust and cobwebs, from floor heat vents right underneath them. Cindy at Drape Master and her staff did a fantastic job of cleaning the drapes without their losing any colour, although they were nearly 50 years old. Drapery Master reps rehung them and they look fabulous. I heartily recommend Cindy and Drape Master to anyone requiring their services Beautiful work and great people!

    Silhoutte blinds and Pleated shades cleaned

    Our windows were being replaced and our coverings needed cleaning after 12 years hanging. I took the 10 blinds in and after 5 days picked up wonderful cleaned and restrung coverings. Cindy was very pleasant to deal with and very good at her job. It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with her.

    Excellent Carpet and Drapery Cleaning

    Complete carpet, drapery (Hunter Douglas Luminettes) and small carpet cleaning arranged quickly with relatively short notice, to be completed while I was out of the country on vacation. The carpets feel and look like new (they are 19 years old) and the luminettes look totally refreshed (they are also 19 years old). My persian and tibetan area rugs look like new as well. Drapemaster is easy to deal with, very accommodating an their work is just excellent. This is my second time using them and I recommend them to everyone.

    Hunter Douglas Water Stain

    I had a giant water/rust stain on a Hunter Douglas Silhouette blind. Cindy gave me a reasonable quote and Drape Master was able to fully remove the stain. Blind looks brand new. Highly recommended.

    wooden slat blind repair

    Drape Master persevered in repairing a very large, very old wooden slat blind where the cord had snapped. It was difficult to find the right gauge of cording since the blind was so old but they did not give up and managed to repair it successfully. Cindy had given me a quote over the phone (which was very reasonable) and did not increase it when the actual repair turned out to take more time and effort than anticipated. Service was excellent and I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

    Cleaning living room drapes

    From the first time I spoke to Cindy until the last time. She was very informative and answered every question I asked, from price, to pick up and delivery. Don came in with his assistant and the drapes were taken down and a written quotation was given as well as a delivery date which worked out perfectly for me. I would recommend this company without hesitation and will certainly be using them again in the future.

    Drapes and roman fabric blinds cleaning and repair

    The company did a great job, from booking to take-down, cleaning and re-install. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The job was done in just over a week. Repair, stain removal, restringing, were all done 'top quality'. It was a pleasure to work with them!

    White (sheer) Roman blind cleaning

    Drape Master did an outstanding job. They brought the blind back to its original state. The drape looks like new again. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We will be back.
