Our blinds are 3 years old and were dirty from dust and city air, and many of the channels had tiny dead bugs that I could not reach with the vacuum brush and remove. This company did a fabulous job in terms of: They were prompt, polite, great communication, quick to remove them and quick to reinstall, great with followup and our blinds arrived back a day earlier. The blinds must have been dirtier than I thought because they look amazingly clean now. I am a very, very satisfied customer.

I recently had very large silhouette blinds cleaned. They had not been cleaned in 4 years and had water marks and bug stains on them. Drape Master cleaned them and they looked like brand new. I was quite pleased with the work they did and their professional manner.

I was very pleased the work quality of Drape Master in cleaning all of the draperies in our condo. The drapes had not ever been cleaned and Drape Master ensured that they would be blocked to their original size and fit beautifully again as a result. I have already recommended them to friends.

My 10 year old roman blinds were badly stained and i thought i would need to replace them...Don and his team came to may home,removed the romans and took great care and effort to get them back to original condition. I am amazed by the results and by Drape Maters professionalism. They made it seamless...from start to finish. Remvoing them,cleaning and blocking them and reinstalling them.I would highly recommend their services.

After reading the customer reviews on the company, we decided to give them an opportunity. There is really not much more I can add to the existing reviews because they do say it all. This company and their employees are professional and provide exceptional personal service to their clients based on individual needs. Our drapes were cleaned beautifully and re-hung. Total care was given at every phase. A request to have a tie back installed with the appropriate matching tie back was done seamlessly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks to Don and his team.

We have roman blinds in the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms have drapes. They had been hanging for seven years so it was about time, right? Don from drape master arrived and spent some time not only taking them all down but also explaining the process. Seven years is over long so they were not quite as good as new, but close, when they were returned. A stitch here and there and some friendly advice capped a good experience. Thanks guys.

I ordered a set of faux wood 2" Venetian blinds from Drape Master. The blinds arrived in no time at all and the delivery guys were great and polite. I will definitely use this company again.

After 7 years my Hunter Douglas sheers were grey with dust and dirst. Drape Master picked up the blinds and returned them at the agreed times. The blinds looked like they did when I purchased them. The service person (Don) was courteous and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more.
