    Cleaning of Hunter Douglas Silhouete blinds after 8 years

    I was referred to Don by a woman whose company I got by searching on line. I called and immediately was referred to Don who called me back after the woman who answered the phone treated me professionally and explained how the cleaning was priced. Everything after that was like clock work from picking up the blinds to returning them today a week later amazingly clean and bright. Fast, efficient, clean and courteous work. I would clean them way more often now that I found Drape Master. Thank you.

    3 large and 1 small blind

    I phoned Drapemaster,and the girl answering the phone told me that she would have someone phone me that day and he did. He came out, gave me a price, told me he would have the blinds repaired and back in a week.He phoned one week later and said they would be in that afternoon. THEY ARRIVED, INSTALLED, EVERYTHING WORKED AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS PAINLESS. Great company and I would recommend them HIGHLY.

    Cleaning and Installation of Blinds

    Don was very helpful 5 years ago when we needed some 20-year-old vertical blinds cleaned. We also ordered two new sets of venetian blinds at the time, and we are very pleased with the results. We were so impressed with Drape Master and Don that we have placed an order to install new tracks and vertical blinds to replace those now 25-year-old blinds in both the living room and master bedroom of our condo unit. Friendly and professional service are guaranteed when you deal with Drape Master.

    Blind cleaning and repair 8 large blinds

    Our 15 year old blinds were filthy and not working well. The Drape Master technicians who came to our condo provided excellent service. They were thoughtful and very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The cleaned repaired blinds came back on time and looked like new. We had considered new blinds. But Drape Master saved us a lot of money. We will do business with them again. I highly recommend Drape Master.

    Blind cleaning and repair

    This company's response was efficient and professional. The work was done to my satisfaction at the quoted price, and their attendances, both for pick up and return of my blinds, were on the arranged days within an arranged 2 hour timeframe.

    Clean Hunter Douglass Silouette Blinds

    We came up with Drape Master from a web search which found two companies. Drape Master took our call,and arranged a date for pickup within a day. They picked up the very dirty blinds on Monday and returned beautifully clean blinds on Thursday. Our dog had been peeking out the window and coating the corner of the blind with dirt. It is all gone. It was a pleasure dealing with Don. We will use their service again, probably two years from now.

    Cleaning of Honeycomb Cellular type blinds

    I had my blinds cleaned and the loop cords replaced by Drape Master and was very happy with the results. They were very dingy, but I can't afford to replace them yet and I inherited them when I purchased my house. Don explained that there is some risk in cleaning this type of blind due to the glues used but that they had very good success rates. I took the risk and it was well worth it. These blinds are at least 10+ years old and were looking very sad. They don't look brand new, but they are noticeably brighter and my new cords work well. I was surpised to find out that the store is in my neighbourhood, so I brought the blinds in instead of having them come to my house. When I picked them up they were nicely wrapped in protective plastic.

    flame resistant treatment

    We had over 900 square feet of velour drape panels treated for our church sanctuary. The price for the treatment was excellent and the turn around time was amazing. Each experience with any of the staff at Drape Master was professional and helpful. Top quality people and company. Thank you Don and your team!

    Cleaning of silhouette

    I would highly recommend Drape Master for cleaning silhouettes. They came and took the blinds from fixtures and brought them back clean and crisp and put them up. I would definetely go back to them for cleaning blinds.

    cleaning of drapes and blinds

    Drape Master recently cleaned all the drapes and window coverings in my residence and I was impressed with both the quality, and the efficiency of their service. The window coverings were returned to me crisp and clean and good as new. I will certainly be using Drape Master again and I have no hesitancy in refering them to others.
