Elite Design Concrete completed a stamped concrete pathway and patio at my house. The work was completed in a timely manner, and is very high quality and looks great (exceeded my expectations). Both the crew working at the property and the company contact were very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend and/or use their services again.

Raffy and Marcello and the Team at Elite Designed Concrete, did a great job for me, replacing my garage floor which had a drainage issue under the slab. They did a great job explaining what is and what is not possible to fix the issue. All the team members were nice friendly guys to talk to, they always took the time to talk to me at either the start or end of the day when I was arriving home. Although I am not a construction person I am involve in a technical industry and I was impressed with their quality, and craftsmanship of the work. I would work with Elite Designed Concrete again.

Construction of steps and concrete patio including gas fire pit installation and drainage. Total coverage area exceeding 1,200 square feet. Patio stones were also cut to conform to the concrete in complex design and river stone features added.

We hired Elite Designed Concrete over 10 years ago to build our backyard patio, front walkway and driveway curbs. Raffy gave great design ideas when he came to quote the project. Their staff were always polite and very patient with our many questions. Our concrete looks great and still gets compliments to this day thanks to the minimal maintenance we arrange to have Elite do every few years. We highly recommend Elite Designed Concrete to anyone wanting great product and service.

We were were very happy with the end result of our 'stained concrete driveway' that ELITE's crew poured. Unfortunately our drive developed a few cracks due to weather conditions shortly after the install. While I may have ignored these imperfections, and I would have expected the company to ignore us...ELITE returned and reinstalled the entire drive. Their customer service is outstanding. They take great pride in their work.

I hired Elite concrete for a large scale concrete project as it was beyond our concrete installation experience. I am extremely pleased with their installation and our client is extremely pleased as well. They work very hard and do great work. I am happy to recommend them or use them for future projects.

Over the span of the last 5 years we have had numerous contractors doing work around the house because none of them would finish the job and walked out after getting paid majority of the contract total. It was hard to trust another contractor after all the headaches we've had in the past but we still had to get the outside finished. I read about Elite here on Homestars and was quite impressed by the comments. I had asked Raffy to come by to take a look and I had a pretty good first impression. He was thorough with explaining what could be done given the existing conditions and was able to confidently provide us with a quote on the spot. He even took time out of his day to bring us to various projects what we could expect as a finish product. From the beginning, both Raffy and Marcelo were professional and showed a willingness to answer and address all of our questions. 'No' was never an answer with either Raffy or Marcelo, and neither was it an answer from their crews. If there were issues both Raffy and Marcelo and their crews were committed and made effort to get it right. They wasted no time in resolving the issues, in one case they did not leave until we were happy. If their crew wasn't here either Raffy or Marcelo were personally on site to deal with the issues. Elite is certainly a contractor you can depend on no matter what. I would certainly have them complete our next concrete project. They're definitely not the cheapest but everyone says 'You get what you pay for' - and this was evident from their crews and through their work. Thanks for all the hard work guys! It's great to know there are still reliable contractors out there.

We saw great reviews on line of Elite Design and decided to call them for an estimate. The owner showed up to our home and was very professional and easy to communicate with. Very friendly and provide great ideas for our patio. We had the front porch re-done, side walkway & our back Patio all done with a stamped contrete design. Can't say enough of Raffy & Marcelo. Never said no to any idea's and were always very accomadating to our requests. 10* for these guys. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

***A MUST READ*** After getting nine quotes and researching stamped concrete companies, we chose Elite Concrete Inc. It wasn’t because of price: they definitely were not the cheapest. At our initial meeting with Raffy, one of the partners, we felt at ease with his sincerity and his knowledge of the business. We trusted him to be an honest person. We were not disappointed. In 2014 you can still find great customer service, where with a handshake, you can ‘seal the deal’….with a small, initial deposit. Lol. The many cohesive Elite crews who worked on our project over the weeks were not only skilled and efficient professionals; they were also courteous and helpful. The team crew leaders were thoughtful, polite and approachable. It was a pleasure dealing with the Elite crews. It was obvious to us that they are well trained and also treated very well by the company owners, Raffy and Marcelo. Nothing’s perfect and we had some concerns here and there. To their credit, the owners were good listeners and responded promptly to our issues. It was not unusual for Marcelo, after a long day’s work, to come in person at 9:00 pm, to answer any questions we had. Their ability to resolve any matter quickly and positively was exceptional. Like all homeowners, our house is our castle. And we appreciate that Elite treated our home, our huge expenditure, and us, with respect. There are so many ‘smooth operators’ out there, who talk a fast game. Some whom we met, have fancy showrooms and catalogues and sales people who hound you incessantly. Elite was different. Their showroom is their customer list. They offered us numerous addresses throughout the GTA where we could see their onsite work for ourselves. We saw an array of beautiful stamped concrete workmanship, which also helped to give us creative ideas for our project. We are so happy that we trusted our instincts and went with Elite. They are truly ‘the real deal’ and it is our good fortune to have hired them and our pleasure to refer them. And as a note of interest, we are also ‘the real deal’ – we are not family, friends or any other ‘Elite-commissioned’ referral. We paid them in full and are simply very satisfied customers.

Contacted Elite Concrete to see if they would replace the garage floor. From their website, most of their work appeared to be high end high quality stamped concrete. I now know they also do high end / high quality concrete garage pads. Elite had one crew who specialized in removal and setting the concrete forms. Then another crew who specialized with the pour and "leveling". The only complaint I have is that I have to constantly sweep out the leaves, pine needles and other debris because the floor looks so good. Thanks to Elite my garage pad will be good for another 50+ years.
