We signed up with another contractor who commenced work and didn't turn-up for two months. The sub-contractor took the money and left. Subsequently we called Elite, among various others, and got a quote. When Raffy came to measure and give a quote, his professionalism made us choose him instead. His team came as an angel to the site which was left in a state of mess, thereby prompting the neighbors to question us. Our past experience made us feel a little skeptical, but I have to say that Raffy & Marcelo demonstrated extreme professionalism, good ethics and creativity. So did their team who made us feel wow! They were well disciplined and trained. This is very rare in today's contractors' world. They did a marvelous (is not the word) job. Today, they made us feel that it is to our benefit that the earlier contract soured, because ELITE CREATED DESIGN AND CHARACTER TO OUR PATIO AND WALKWAY. If not, we would have got stuck with just a blank square concrete stage and not a patio in our back-yard. We vouch for Elite Design Concrete as we have tasted (not just obtained a quote) two extreme different contractors who advertise the same product. We now get raving comments from our neighbours! We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Elite team for all the help that we received during your recent work at our residence. When we initially started to look for a suitable contractor for this project, we were unfamiliar with what to look for. As we made contact with several companies, we then had a better understanding of what each company had to offer and the process of the project we were about to undertake. After several quotes from various companies, we finally came across Elite. We initially spoke to Raffy and made an appointment for him to visit us and provide a quote. Upon further review of all the quotes submitted, we found that your quote was very well detailed. To our surprise, one day Raffy called and said he was following up on his submission and to find out if we had made a decision on a contractor for the project. We were very impressed that he called and without further haste, we elected your company to start the work the following week. The staff of Elite were extremely cooperative, including Marcelo, who demonstrated his professionalism in every respect during this project. The team provided customer care every step of the way and performed the job efficiently and professionally. A quality job resulted and they were a pleasure to deal with. We received numerous compliments from our friends and neighbours. If someone asks me for one word to describe Elite Designed Concrete – WOW! It has taken me longer then anticipated to describe how happy we are by the work they completed for us this spring. In today’s marketplace it is extremely reassuring that a company like Elite exists. Their soft natured approach during the estimation phase, timely starts in the morning and excellent on-site staff was nothing short of refreshing. As owners of a new home, with frequent interaction to various contractors; we have been disappointed more then once by other contractor’s quality of work and professionalism. Elite reminded me what professionalism means. No wonder they are recognized by so many organizations within the industry. The Elite team completed an exceptional work in our home. They showed a great deal of professionalism, organization skills, and creativity. A very efficient and reliable team whose keen attention to detail resulted in a magnificent design of our porch, front steps and walkway. The work definitely exceeded our expectations.
