    Backyard Landscape

    Raffy, Marchelo and the whole Elite Designed Concrete crew are true professionals. They have a set of very exceptional and rear nowadays qualities, namely: outstanding knowledge of their field, superb craftsmanship and true interest in customers' needs. And on top of all these their prices remain very competitive. Raffy and the crew worked on my backyard project. I wanted to see my backyard finished in modern, minimalistic style, which is not a mainstream in Toronto and Canada overall. I did find lots of companies in the States which, I thought, would be a prefect fit for my project. But did not see many in GTA... Fortunately I came across Elite Designed Concrete Web site. I was very impressed with their limestone finish. I called Raffy and described my needs. Raffy took time to go over my project plan, provided valuable advice, drove me to his former customers to show what could be achieved with the limestone finish. He earned my trust and in the end of the process he delivered an outstanding product. In fact many of my friends say that my backyard looks like a cover photo of California Home+Design magazine Creative, trustworthy and dependable!

    concrete patios, dog kennel and shed foundation

    WOW! These guys are fantastic! Raffy, Marcello and their crews are a pleasure to work with. I live on a narrow city lot, they had to carry back all the equipment and materials by hand down our narrow alley; this did not slow them down! The work was completed quickly and neatly. We love the our new hard-scaping. Elite Designed Concrete are professional and dependable!!!

    Concrete Patio

    Elite concrete is not only best skilled company (great design, detail oriented, well-organized, efficient process), but also they are really focusing on the customer satisfaction which I liked very much. Raffy and Marcelo had listened to our requests very carefully all the time until they completely understand what we want. And they have succeed our project beyond our expectation. They also gave us specific explanation what we need to do to maintain the product to last long. They are the best company to ask if you are looking for any concrete work. Guaranteed no regret!! I really Thank them that they designed our front/back yard very beautiful.

    Backyard Patio, Shed Pad and Front Entrance

    Called Raffy for a one and only quote for my home. Did not bother to call other contractors and was satisfied with Raffy and Marcelo. Raffy’s knowledge and customer service is exceptionable. I just got that gut feeling that this is the guy I want to work with as he made me feel comfortable and provided so much good information and options. My feelings were confirmed after meeting Marcelo and his crew seeing the work they did. Marcelo mapped out our project and provided ideas with myself and my wife. 10+ Rating for Elite Designed Concrete

    Driveway concrete

    The harsh winter left our beautiful limestone finish driveway pitted, we always used concrete safe salt on our driveway. We contacted Elite Designed Concrete to ask them what we can do to repair it, we knew that we were 1 year past the warranty period, and realistically didn't expect much. Raffy told us that it was a bad batch of concrete and that we needed to tear up the driveway and pave it again. Our hearts sank because we couldn't afford to replace the driveway, we were willing to pay for patch work, but not the whole replacement of it. But, Raffy clarified and said that there was no cost to us. We said "Holy Crappers!!!" We were overjoyed with this news. Marcelo came by to coordinate with us, Nico and his team handled the concrete pour. And 2 weeks later, everything is back to normal. Wow!!! Elite has the best customer service and team anyone can possibly ask for. I highly recommend Elite to any and everybody. Thanks again Elite for making your customers #1!

    Backyard patio

    Thank you so very much Raffy, Marcelo and the entire Elite Concrete team. I can't even begin to express how very happy, pleased and satisfied we are with the work you recently completed for us in our backyard. You were able to bring my modern vision to life and create a yard for us that we will enjoy for years to come. From the beginning of my interactions with Raffy I knew I was in good hands. I had done enough work on my home to know I was dealing with a quality and trustworthy team. The attention to detail and steps taken to deliver a quality end product are evident in the entire process from beginning to end. As a woman managing this project pretty much on my own, the guidance, patience, and sense of humor Marcelo offered along the way was very much appreciated ! The entire Elite Concrete team was fantastic, from beginning to end they took care of me and ensured the end product was going to be exactly the way I wanted - and that's exactly what they did. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend Elite Concrete to anyone! I personally will be hiring them again if I have another opportunity one day, in a new space! Thanks guys, with much gratitude !

    concrete deck

    We have a backyard that was done with interlocking stone and needed to attach a deck to it. I really wanted to go with the limestone concrete but was concerned that it may not look right next to some older interlocking stone. Raffi took time to drive me to other concrete decks they had completed as he understood my concerns. Needless to say the limestone deck turned out beyond my expectations! Marcelo did an amazing job with the design and we could not be happier. The service and work of this company are exceptional. I’m looking forward to designing my pool deck with Raffi and Marcelo in the near future.

    stamped concrete driveway

    Very good customer care. Truly understands that a satisfied customer is their best advertising. Owner Raffy assured me that if there is any quality issue with the product, he will rip the whole thing out and redo it. Think I was one of the rare unfortunate ones to have a bad mix of concrete and true to his words, Elite redid the boulevard of my driveway that was chipping badly. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly takes pride in their work, even after the bill has been paid. I am also impressed by the prompt, friendly manner in which all our concerns are addressed.

    Backyard patio

    We had a great experience last year replacing our back patio, adding a ramp down one side of the house and steps on the other. Both Raffy and Marcelo went to great lengths to make sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it, provided lots of advice around the design (Thanks Marcelo!) and everyone on the crew was friendly and helpful. They always kept the work site clean and delivered us an excellent back yard. Please note - they might not be the lowest price you come across, but they were more than worth it! Now on to the next project - we'll hoping to use the team again this year for changes to our front steps, walkway and driveway.

    Walkway and Backyard Patio

    I am so happy that I gave Raffy a call. I had a few quotes from other contractors and was satisfied with them until I met Raffy and realized how much better my project could be. Raffy’s knowledge and customer service is exceptionable. I just got that gut feeling that this is the guy I want to work with as he made me feel comfortable and provided so much good information and options. My feelings were confirmed after meeting Raffy’s guys and seeing the work they did. Marcelo and Henry were the onsite supervisors and ensure that everything was done to perfection. They always kept me informed. These guys do it the right way by using the best materials and taking pride in every detail. I though the job was done but then the crew further cleaned up everything and top soil filled all the areas between the concrete and grass. It was really great to see people taking such pride in their work. All the staff were very polite and worked very hard to complete my project on time and on budget. Thank you to everyone at Elite Designed Concrete for all your hard work…My family and I really appreciate it. If you have a concrete project, I would highly recommend you meet with Raffy as you will be very happy you did.
