    Patio, pool and front landing

    Elite Designed Concrete was referred by a close friend. I found them to be courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. Their workmanship was better than I expected and their price was competitive with other quotes I received. I would definitely refer them to others.

    Driveway and front walkway

    It was time for us to have the front of our home renovated and redone. We contacted various contractors and found Elite Designed Concrete on Homestars. We called them and within a day Raffy called back to arrange for an appointment to visit our home to provide a quote. Elite's quote was not the lowest but my wife and felt the most comfortable with him so we scheduled our project in and they started after a few months. Marcelo visited next to confirm the details of the job and to gather more information. Their staff started early in the morning and worked long hours to get our project built. There were a lot of rain delays due to Hurricane Sandy but they managed to get right back on schedule once the rain finally stopped. Marcelo kept us always updated. The end result is amazing. We are very happy by how their work totally transformed the front of our house.

    patio

    We have used Elite Concrete in the past. This is the reason to call again. Our expereance with elite has been very good. They do what they say. They are quick, clean and very respectfull of the landscalping ,driveways etc. Rafi and his crew were great to work with. All we had was a hand shake and all work was completed in a short time. I would not hesitate to recomend them to any one looking for quality workmanship. They are not the cheapest. But in my opinion they are the best. Cheers Bert @ Cando Renovations.

    Front Porch and Stairs redone from Scratch

    Our experience with Elite Designed Concrete was nothing short of wonderful from start to finish. Both Raffy and Marcelo, along with their entire crew, were reliable, courteous, and skillful in all that they did. We were consistently updated with the work schedule, as work would depend on weather, drying time for the concrete, etc. and they were always true to their word. If we had any questions or concerns, both Raffy and Marcelo would answer our calls or emails quickly and respectfully. The concrete work they did for us is AMAZING! Elite takes great pride in their work and it definitely shows. We came to them with a sketch of what we thought we wanted and they made it even better! Everyone who has seen our steps think they look fantastic, including a few Landscape Architects that have come by to discuss how to finish the project (they have even asked for Elite's name/contact after seeing the work!). The work was finished last week, and today we got a follow up call from Marcelo, just to make sure we were happy with the work and that there weren't any loose ends that needed tying up. We actually had a few questions and he was very helpful, once again. Thank you Raffy, Marcelo, and everyone else who worked on our porch and steps. We thank you for your superb customer service, your patience, and an overall job well done. We are looking forward to working with you again on phase two of our project!

    Landscape Construction - Upper terrace, steps and Pool terrace

    Raffy and Marcello from Elite Designed Concrete are completely professional and provide a very specialized, high quality product in a timely manner. They have an understanding of aesthetics and the appearance of the project is greater because of their work. They are also very easy to contact and provide great service.

    Patio extention

    We were referred to Elite Designed Concrete by our neighbours who had hired them years ago to install a walkway and patio. Their price was competitive considering our project was a rather small job. The colour and pattern of the patio extention they installed came extremely close to matching our existing patio and the quality was even better. Marcelo and Raffy were great to work with and we intend to do more work with Elite again in the future.

    Driveway and landscaping

    The first improvement we decided to do on our new home was landscaping and driveway / walkway. I always make my decision after speaking to three contractors. From our first meeting I thought of Raffi as a "low pressure" type of salesman who knew his product well and was able to make great suggestions from his wealth of experience. The proposal arrived promptly and was extremely competitive with the others. Our decision to hire Elite was made immediately. The work crew arrived as promised and continued to work as per the scheduled time table. The individuals worked hard and knew what they were doing and the end result was a fabulous driveway, walkway and planter box. Just as important as doing a great job the follow up was excellent and, to this day, Raffi re-seals the driveway annually upon my request. We have referred Elite to many friends who have ultimately used their expertise and experience to enhance the beauty of their own homes.

    New Concrete Floor

    Our bakery floor was in horrible shape with cracks and sunken areas. I found Elite on Homestars and contacted Raffy for a quote to replace it with a new concrete floor. Raffy provided a reasonable quote within a couple of days so we decided to hire them to do this work. The new floor looks great and we are very happy with the overall experience we had with Marcelo and Elite's staff. Thanks for a job well done!

    Patio, walkways and porch

    We hired Elite Designed Concrete to design and construct our patio, walkways and porch overlay. Raffy and Marcelo were both great to work with. They were patient and always cared about the final outcome of their staff's work. Their crews showed up promptly at 7:30 everyday and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. We were regularily updated on our project's progress and the only delays were a result of rain. We have no reservations in referring Elite to anyone requiring concrete work.

    Decorative concrete in backyard, front porch, walkway and driveway

    We hired Elite to replace the crumbling, aged concrete around our pool equipment and in the backyard, then decided to have our front patio and driveway done at the same time. Elite's service was exemplary; their crew was professional, courteous, and accommodating. They worked from dawn until dusk to get the work done in a timely manner. Our biggest concern was the concrete around the pool. We were forewarned that the coping around the pool might be damaged, but the Elite team was extremely careful, using a jackhammer for a few seconds, then removing the pieces of concrete by hand. Laborious work, but our coping remained intact. Love the finished product - the colour, the design, and the product. Also concerned that, after sealing, the concrete would be slippery when wet. Elite assured us that their product would not be slippery at all, and they were right. Their follow-up also excellent, determined to ensure that the customer is happy. We are.
