We hired Elite Designed Concrete to build a concrete foundation for an outdoor BBQ and fireplace we were building for our client. Marcelo supervised the work of his staff and was always available by phone or email to answer questions. Everyone was very polite and they cleaned up everyday. This is the 2nd project by the Elite Designed Concrete folks, and as expected they delivered a fantastic job. All issues addressed by me are fixed and they even repaired the small cracks from their first job. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd project with Elite Designes Concrete Inc and their customer service was as amazing as during the 1st project. They executed plan 100% as per the drawing, and 4 weeks ahead of the schedule. Both Raffy and Marcelo are focused on exceeding customer expectations - not just in completing the project itself but in quick responses where questions are asked via email/phone. I would highly recommend Elite for work they do, and they will be on top of my list to call when we are ready for our next project.

There are pro contractors, average contractors, and contractors you just want to run away from. Elite Designed Concrete definitely fall into the pro category. After getting some quotes from other companies we were somewhat skeptical but then we found Elite on Homestars. We are very careful when it comes to hiring contractors. After reading all the great reviews we gave them a call. We met with Raffy and he provided a quote and list of references. We visited some of them and spoke with a few owners and we were very impressed with the workmanship and comments. Marcelo was very helpful in bringing our plan to reality and always answered any questions we had. The crews were professional courteous and always cleaned up and the end of the day. The final results exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend them.

Raffy, Marcelo and their crew were really top-notch. Raffy was great in responding to our initial inqury and set up the job very quicky. Marcelo was very patient with us and helped us with our final design. The crew was efficient and professional. They even filled out flower bed with a garden soil which we did not expect. Overall, we are very happy with Elite and would definitely recommend their service.

I am very pleased with the job that Elite Design Concrete has provided. I chose the company based on the great reviews on this site. At the beginning I have received from the company a list of addresses where they have done some work. I went to see some of their work and everything looks amazing: the quality of work is very high and the finishes are perfect. They have offered me the best price. Even though I only wanted to build a retaining wall Raffy took the time to explain me the process and different options . He kept in touch with me during the entire process, providing me with the progress of their work. The actual job was done by Marcelo and his team: they were very professional and all of them work very hard to finish on time. After dealing with very unprofessional company we were pleased to deal with Elite. Raffi and Marcelo were courteous, honest, experienced, on-time, and took pride in their work. We hired Elite to do our front stairs, walkway, sides of our driveway and the stonework for our flowerbed. The project was diligently done to our specifications, on time and within budget. From the beginning Raffy was a pleasure to meet with. He set out realistic timelines and continued to communicate with us until we got to our start date. Marcelo was of great assistance in helping us make decisions with respect to the final details. He spent a great amount of time going over the entire project and ensured that we would be happy. Marcelo oversaw the work and was available all the way through for follow up questions. The crews were on time, very courteous and respectful, and cleaned up spectacularly after each day. Overall we were very impressed and are extremely happy with the final results. We would definitely recommend the Elite.

We wish there were more great contractors like Raffy, Marcelo and the whole crew at Elite Designed Concrete. In spring of this year, we finished a major renovation on our house but our front and back yards were still a disaster. We needed a contractor who can handle everything. We needed to remove and build a new driveway, front stairs and porch, all walkways, backyard patio, shed pad and garden walls. We wanted to maintain a modern look throughout so we chose the Limestone finish. We also needed to design the landscape, remove all sod and tree stubs and plant everything as per design. We are very happy that we found Elite Designed Concrete. From the first appointment when Raffy came by, he was very professional, and honest. Never over promised but always stood by his word. With plenty of references and recommendations, we figured he will be very busy and might be late to start, but the date he promised to start the work, was the date his crew showed up. Marcelo and the whole Elite crew was great. Always courteous, professional and accommodating. Concrete work entails many stages like framing, pouring, letting is dry then cutting and finally cleaning and acid wash. We really liked the fact that Marcelo stopped by to introduce himself a week before the work started, and explained all the stages of work and what to expect. When the crew came he was around and was always there to answer any questions in person or on the phone. They even suggested and took care of a couple of small extras free of charge to make our front and back yards look amazing. Once the concrete was all done and we were satisfied, Raffy sent Ashley with her landscape crew to put soil, plant sod and flower gardens. They did a great job and fast too. After working with Elite Concrete, I will never work with another company on any of my concrete / landscaping projects. I would strongly suggest Elite to do the work for you. You will not be disappointed. We and our friends love everything that was done by Elite. Thank you Elite for the easiest renovation experience we had since the start of our house project.
