    Garage Floor & Front Entrance replacement

    Elite did a superb job on our garage and front entrance. Their service was well planned and on budget. They were always very courteous, prompt and responsive. All the Elite crew exemplify professionalism and attention to every detail from excavation to finishing and cleanup. They exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended.

    front walkway 564 sq ft

    I am just starting my project. I started working with Raffi. Sales support was clear. There was no negotiation flexibility. My project manager is Marcello. On his first visit, he was very flexible and knowledgable. He worked with me, made suggestions on the finer details and we came up with a plan. My dig starts Monday. I was told that concrete might take 1-2 weeks depending on weather,

    Driveway, patio and landscaping

    We called Elite Designed Concrete last year based on their reviews on Homestars. We definitely made the right decision. Although their quote was higher than other quotes we received, once they started our project, we immediately saw why. Their staff were prompt, courteous, and very hard working. Marcelo was always available day and night to answer questions, and he provided excellent suggestions to tweak their landscape architect's design. The project did take a little while longer than we anticipated because of the amount of rain we had last year, but Marcelo and Raffy always kept in touch with us to provide updates. The final product is outstanding, and we regularly receive compliments from neighbours and passers by. What's most impressive is that Raffy came to inspect the concrete this Spring. When he saw the damage done by our plow contractor to the corner of our front step, he arranged to have it repaired by their staff and didn't even charge us for it! These are true professionals who care about their customers, and we only wish that the other contractors we've had to deal with for our renovations had half the integrity that Elite has shown with us. We highly recommend them.

    Resealing and Maintenance of Stamped Patio

    Outstanding, again! Elite continues to provide my family with outstanding professional service. We can't say enough, they showed up early season power washed the patio, filled any gaps and then returned a few days later to seal. They even moved the furniture out of the way to ensure it was done the right way. Thanks Elite! Keep up the great service; you are 5 stars in my book! RWB

    Decorative concrete back yard patio

    Raffy, Marcello and their efficient team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They definitely will get recommendations from me. Raffy came and measured our backyard and gave me a quote that fit perfectly into my budget. The team came in a week after the quote and did the job efficiently and time for our family bbq event. I will be contacting Elite again to do my front walkway. If any of you are thinking of getting work done by these guys, don’t think twice, you will be happy you contracted them. John

    Decorative concrete patio

    Raffy, Marcello and their team did a great job with our patio project. They provided prompt service and went out of their way to attend to small details. The final patio design looks great (I have received many compliments), and I really appreciate their prompt follow-up for maintenance. Elite Designed Concrete was easy to work with and reliable, I would highly recommend this company.

    Poured 3 inch concrete slab in nasement

    I found Elite on Homestars and gave them a try. Raffy and Marcelo were a pleasure to deal with. Raffy came by and looked at the jobsite and gave me a Quote for pouring a 3 inch concrete slab floor in my basement. Raffy told me to call him when I was ready which I did several weeks later. Marcelo and his team came exactly when raffy said they would, did exactky what they were asked to do - did it in the time it was supposed to take and cleaned up nicely. Floor looks great ! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend

    Concrete driveway

    Elite concrete was referred to me by my brother as they had did an extensive concrete pool deck for him. From the very start, Raffe was excellent in communicating what services they could provide as well as give constructive feedback to the design that I provided to him. Their schedule was extremely busy but promised to fit us in. Marcelo oversaw the actual work and we could not be happier with his crew and his guidance. We knew instantly after watching the crew start to work that they are real pros. I say this because we had just finished building a custom home and from my own experience in dealing with trades you figure out quite quickly the pros from the duds. Even the little things like where to place the joint control cut, Raffe provided an excellent tip to help us maintain the modern aesthetic of the driveway. There's a reason why Elite is consistently ranked number one and we are another in a long line of satisfied customers! Keep up the great work Elite!

    We had our drive done with decorative concrete

    The team at Elite were great, very good. I would recommend anyone wanting a concrete driveway or walkway done to go with them. Marcelo was always there when we had concerns or questions John and Susan

    Back yard patio and pool surrounding

    I have to tell this was a pleasant experience from start to finish, which was why we hired them given I had driven around to look at a few properties. In doing so, I did get an opportunity to chat with a few of their customers unexpectedly and they all had nothing but great things to say about them. Their quality of work, the level of professionalism and customer service was exceptional, this was demonstrated by all the staff from the Owner to the workers. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with them again.
