I needed new hardware on my front door and a panel of glass replaced on my back screen door. Dave Roselan made sure someone came out right away to measure. And the installers were professional and efficient and even helped me clean up the broken glass from the back screen door. I have used Encore in the past for new windows and doors and I would definitely recommend them and I would gladly use them again.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Encore Home Improvements and Dave Rosolen since 2004 with respect to upgrading our windows. In March of 2015 we had a new side door and screen door installed during bad winter conditions. Neither rain nor snow stopped two efficient and professional installers, Mike and Michael, from installing the doors. The property was left in a very clean condition upon completion of the job. Anthony easily convinced me that I was dealing with a reliable and knowledgeable person. I wanted to replace our 70 year old leaded glass windows but keep the look. He educated me about my options and I felt that he knew exactly what I wanted and he would deliver it. He more than met my expectations with the fantastic quality and elegant final product. The pattern is perfectly duplicated to the original look. Last, the installation went beautifully - the wood trim on the interior wasn't damaged in the slightest. Michael and Michael are true artisans because everything looks perfect.

My bedroom window fronts on a very busy street with a bus route. Every 20 minutes you could hear the bus stop and leave, the sound could be heard right to the back of the house. After Encore installed there soundproof window all "NOISE HAS STOPPED". Encore is flexible with installation times, showed up on time. The quality is superior and I was actually thinking of selling my house due to the noise. Anthony from Encore explained how the window works from beginning to end and how his product stops sound dead in its tracks. The finish is perfect. Thanks to Anthony at Encore I can enjoy my house with my family and have a good nights sleep.

Every facet of my experience with Encore was extremely professional and customer friendly. The level of detail provided every step of the way by Dave and his team allowed my wife and I to make as informed a decision as possible. Dave came to our home to provide a quote and left no doubt in our minds that encore was the right company for us. Other companies had the opportunity to quote the job as well. None stayed at our home for as long as Dave and certainly no other company provided the level of expertise and customized service as Dave. At the end the result was exactly what we wanted. Dave even took the time throughout the installation process to advise me on other issues in my home regarding windows and doors that I was having problems with. Our door was installed on a cold day,despite the conditions meticulous care was taken. That night the cold wind revealed that some adjustment was still needed. Encore came back outside business hours and fitting our schedule and adjusted the door. Thank you for taking that extra step. It is refreshing to work with someone who appreciates and practices great customer service.

Encore was referred to us a decade ago for 2 bay windows that needed replacing. They recommended triple glaze because they faced North and are in our bedroom. The new windows restored the comfort we were lacking in our bedroom, Since then Encore has replaced a patio door and several other windows always recommending what was best for our comfort and maximizing natural light.
