The front doors of my grandmother's house needed replacing so I chose Encore for the job. The doors were old and the door frames were wearing away. On top of that, a lot of outside air entered the home through the top floor balcony doors. This made it difficult to keep the top floor warm during winter and cool during summer. David helped me choose good quality new doors with half lites that look good and fit my budget. He is very knowledgeable about the product and made every effort to help me find what I needed. Plus, he was always available to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with the look of the new doors and the workmanship. Since the installation I have noticed that little if any outside air has entered the home through the balcony doors. This has solved a huge problem for my grandmother and I. In a nutshell, Encore provided me with a quality product and great service. I would highly recommend them.

During the pandemic lockdown, I remodeled my front garden and verandah with new flagstone and railings. A new front door was also in order along with new dining and living room windows. Encore Windows and Doors did a great job of procuring a vast selection of door styles to choose from and helped explain the different kinds of windows that are energy-efficient. They also helped design the front window to make it stand out and match the new door. Thanks so much for doing a great job on the demo and install of my new door with a beautiful glass in-lay, plus a screen for summer and 2 new triple-glazed windows! We have used encore to replace our front entrance door. The team was very careful to not cut any wires and vacuumed up all the dust . Excellent job and great service

Encore Home Improvements has done several installations for us including basement and garage windows, and a beautiful patio door. The most recent job was the installation of a new dining room bay window on October 30, 2024. We were completely satisfied with the excellent work George and Shawn did. Related brickwork was neatly finished and a great job was done on cleanup. Dave visited the site to make sure everything went well for us and that we were happy with the work.
