Dave from Encore has been terrific! New front door is just what we wanted and installation and delivery dates were on time. Calls to Dave for adjustments were responded to promptly with no delays - same day responses! Dave even came for extra visit to temporarily remove storm door for us for fridge delivery! We are so happy we chose Encore! Installation guys were very nice! We are so happy with our new storm door we are ordering a second one for our other door!

I was very impressed with my experience with Encore Home Improvments, from the sales staff of Mike to the installation team headed by George. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job and they were very respectful of my window treatments which was appreciated.

Encore did a fantastic job - from presenting their products to final installation. Dave came highly recommended from my colleagues at work and along with Mike (installer) did not disappoint.. Dave took the time and effort to explain windows - the various parameters involved in selecting a good quality window, the type of windows and what was ideal for us - all in a short period of one visit of 45 minutes. Mike - a certified window installer was a picture of quiet efficiency in the way he went about taking the measurements to installing the windows (with a little help from an associate). The only time we knew that Mike was at work was when we would hear his footsteps moving across the floor to probably make some adjustments during installation. On completing the job, Mike left the place very clean, leaving behind NO TRACE of work having been done. Dave visited our residence to follow up on the installation (during the installation and after). Mike was always punctual.

The sales consultant, Dave, was very professional and helpful when he visited our home. He listened carefully as we described our lifestyle and budget, then was able to make recommendations to enhance our home. He patiently answered all our questions and then submitted to us a quote which represented more value for our money than what the competitors were able to offer. During the installation, the crew was prompt, professional and courteous. My home was left very clean. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with Encore Home Improvements and would definitely recommend this company.

I was having trouble sleeping due to noisy neighbours, so I ordered soundproof windows from Bquiet Soundproof Windows. From the time I first contacted Bquiet Soundproof Windows, Mike Montecalvo provided me with excellent customer service. He replied to all my messages in a speedy, efficient manner. He was honest with me when he told me about the product. He advised me that the windows wouldn't eliminate the noise, but they would greatly reduce it. That is exactly what I have experienced. The outside noise is now at such a low level, that I can get to sleep - and that is much appreciated. The windows are a much higher quality than I imagined them to be and they look lovely. Bquiet Soundproof Windows delivered the windows when they said they would. The installer did an excellent job. He left the room neat and clean and the work he did was the same - neat and clean. I would highly recommend Bquiet Soundproof Windows to anyone.

Living in Toronto's vibrant downtown without the headaches of commuting to work? ... a brilliant idea!! So much to do here and see from my condo's vantage point in the sky. Another brilliant idea was to call Anthony Gucciardi at Encore Home Improvements. He installed soundproof windows that immediately cut out the cacophony of sounds that come with living downtown. I was 100% satisfied with the end results and would highly recommend their product to everyone, whether living in a condo or a house. Mary E.

We needed some leaky windows replaced, were recommended to Encore by our neighbors. They were not the cheapest of the quotes we got, but went with them because of their reputation and our neighbor's opinion. They were confident they could finish the job on the short timeline we had to get the job done, as we needed them finished before we were going on vacation. Dave was very personable, knowledgable, and willing to answer all of our questions. The installer was excellent as well, finishing the job in one day. Would definitely recommend them.

Complete window renovation was necessary because of the age of the home. Encore Home Improvements gave us a competetive estimate, and a superior quality product. The job was completed on time, on budget with no surprises. We especially like the quality of the interior trim work, and can confidently recommend them to other homeowners!

From the initial meeting with Dave and throughout the install process with George, Encore was a pleasure to work with. Polite, helpful and extraordinarily clean! We are very pleased with end result and wouldn't hesitate to use Encore again or recommend them highly.
