Encore installed a sliding patio door for me. They were recommended by a friend. The price was right, the delivery on time, the installer took his time and did a wonderful job. The door manufacture shipped the wrong screen and Encore told me it would a week for them to get the right one. Two days later I received a call, the screen was in and Encore installed it. Now that's what I can an Encore performance.

Excellent service competitive prices and quality work, I would strongly recommend Encore Home Improvements. George who came and did all the work is a great worker and does quality work, their front line customer service salesman Anthony goes beyond his way to ensure that everything is being carried out per initial agreement.

When my third storey window glass cracked I thought a scaffold would be needed to change it. Encore showed me that the window had interior stops and all the work was from inside. It was still a little tricky however Encore replaced it with no fuss. I will use Encore when I'm ready to replace the rest of my windows

The patio door that Encore installed in my condomium slides perfectly and seals tightly.I no longer hear wind noise or the traffic below. The installers were efficient and polite. Not to mention the door looks great.

We've been dealing with Encore for the past few years.Unfortunately we've always called apon them when we're in a pinch or have a very tight deadline. They've always come through, we'll continue to use them hopefully under less stressful situations. Thank you for the great work!

We contacted Encore Home Improvements based on Homestar reviews and their line of soundproof windows. Mike the salesperson contacted us and worked hard to match our needs with the perfect product. This included a trip to their showroom so that we could get a really good idea of the difference between product options. Throughout, Mike was patient, informative and didn't push us to a sale - something that you very rarely see. We placed our order for new windows for the full house including the special sound proof windows for the bedrooms - we also ordered a beautiful new front door and sliding rear door after seeing the options at the showroom. About six weeks later we got the call that our products were ready for install - and install was scheduled for the next week. George and Sean the installers are awesome! Polite, experienced and they take huge pride in the work that they do. Even our kids commented on how nice the "workmen" were in our house. The final product is absolutely amazing! In particular, the sound proof windows do exactly what we wanted - cutting out the sound from the street and airplanes. We couldn't be happier with the product, the workmanship and the final result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Right from the beginning, the sales manager contacted me my experience in dealing with Encore Windows was very professional. Anthony was wonderful and offered all kinds of suggestions with the types of windows that should be put in. He was very sociable, professional and someone who I would definitely deal with again. George, the installer who came to do the work was very professional and there was pride of workmanship. He took great pains to ensure everything was done to my liking and that I was pleased with the end result. They had indicated that the job would take 2 days possibly 3, but they were finished in 2 3/4 days. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have windows done. Exceptional people and a real pleasure to deal with.

Encore was referred to me by a longtime friend.They installed a garden door in an area where there was a suspected water leak. The door was installed on time, the installer took extra time and effort to ensure a proper all around seal.We since had a leak once and it was deemed the door not the installation was the problem, Encore was quick to have the manufacture involved, all was resolved and we now have a beautiful and wonderfully sealed garden door. We will certainly use them again on our next project.

Dave and his team are terrific. This is the second time we used their company to install a soundproofing window system in our house. Works terrific. They are highly professional and very efficient - their customer service is exeptional. They return emails, phone calls promptly. 11 out of 10!

Measurements, proposal and negotiation was methodical, polite, courteous Windows arrived on time Installer (Mike) was calm, courteous, witty, timely and clean. No complaints or concerns or extra charges when we encountered rotten wood requiring additional framing Indoor trim work is very good, including bullnose. Outdoor flashing work is tight. Caulking seal work is excellent - no skimping on product used. When requested to provide a couple of touch ups it was done without complaint. We will be happy to work with Encore and Mike again in the future.
