I recently ordered windows for my home from Encore and I extremely pleased with the final product. I was rather impressed with both the professionalism of the sales people and installers at Encore. Good selection of window styles and colours. The installer, George, was experienced, efficient, and made very little mess. I have already recommended them to a friend who is interested in installing a patio door. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional group of people.

We had new windows installed in 2000.Good service, though the installer was a bit of a mouthy wiseguy! Ten years later the windows fogged up(seals leak)David from Encore was available and friendly as usual and I had my replacements within a short while. This time great, respectful installers!

Anthony was very clear and helpful throughout. All questions and concerns were answered clearly and promptly. Mike the installer was meticulous and courteous. A small mistake in the order was cleared up with no fuss and in the shortest possible time. We always felt that we were treated with complete respect, and we love the results. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

The installation was great and I am very happy with the windows. However, there were a few small scratches on the paint on the interior part of the paint. I called and they promised to send me some touch up paint. I never got it so I called again and they promised and still I wait...

I just wanted to let you know that Encore Windows has again exceeded all expectations. The patio door that I ordered was installed one week after I placed the order which was amazing customer service working with Mike. We are extremely happy with our new patio door and of course the craftsmanship and attention to detail of “our Installer” George.. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with your professional, customer oriented team and I look forward to the opportunity to work with your company again. I would not hesitate recommending Encore Windows to friends and neighbours.

We are very pleased with your professionalism and workmanship. The windows did reduce the sound, it was explained that train noise is difficult to reduce.We now know more about how sound reductions works and we have further options if we chose to achieve more sound reduction. Thank you Encore for the whole process.

Encore is a top notch business. They are honest and stand by their warranty. The installations were excellent with lots of insulation around the windows and doors. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were not the cheapest or most expensive but well worth the money.

Just one word explains how fantastic the new Doors and Windows are "WOW" !!! Thank you so much for putting this all together for us... George and his Brother Shawn are magnificent installers ..we could'nt be more pleased..Deb and Pam. see you soon.

I am very satisfied with the service that I received from this company. The sales representative, Anthony, was always available to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. The quote was fair, and there were no surprise or hidden costs after the installation. The installer was prompt, courteous and friendly. He spent two days on the installation (of 5 windows) with an emphasis on quality work and attention to detail. He even removed my old window air conditioner and carried it to the curb. No mess was left behind, and everything happened on schedule and as promised. I would happily use this company's services again.

Mike, your firm is the most honest company I have had the pleasure of dealing with! I am sorry I do not need to replace my window.... there was mold and water, so I thought for sure I would need to. George explained it must have not been closed properly (perhaps from the handle) and this is the result, however, the window is fine with some bleach to kill the mold and a new handle. As you can imagine, I'm totally relieved about not having the expense. Mike, not sure another window company would be this forthright.... much appreciated! When I'm ready for new front doors, you're my man! You are so honest..... that is exactly why you are successful! All about karma, going around, etc.... Thanks again, to you and thanks to George.
