I needed to change windows in my house from the original leaded glass windows that were starting to fall apart. Most of the windows in the house were single pane and came in a variety of sizes. Encore was very efficient with all aspects from measuring to installation. They worked with me to meet my budget while maintaining the curb appeal of the house. I have some tenants and they were very respectful to them as well. The person who installed the windows always cleaned up at the end of the day and was very polite. I would highly recommend Encore.

We replaced all of the windows in our heritage home and added 8' patio doors to our backyard, as part of a major renovation we completed in 2011/2012. We had several quotes, but Encore Windows was the best in terms of product, price and service. Anthony Gucciardi at Encore was instrumental in helping us get the Heritage approval that we needed for the wood frame windows in the front of our house. He also coordinated the delivery and installation of our vinyl windows. Both the wood and vinyl windows look fantastic - the installers were quick, but careful and the whole job happened on time! We were very impressed with Encore and would certainly recommend them to our family and friends.

An absolute pleasure dealing with Dave. Attentive, caring, high-quality products. I always felt we were in good hands. Encore replaced all of the Windows and Doors in our home and now, 7 years later they are performing beautifully. We recently had an issue with our patio door and after one call Dave was out to our home (from the call to his visit it took only 2 days) to do the repair. An exceptional company.

I just wanted to say thank you for our incredibly beautiful door and for being so patient with the process. It looks wonderful – no mess at all left behind at all, your guy was great. It makes such a difference in the front hall, not just the lack of a wind tunnel, but the light as well. You guys always do a great job!

David, the salesperson, patiently explained what was needed and why, taking into account the homeowner's views and wants. The installers were better than professional; they were friendly, efficient, and went beyond what was their job such as removing draperies that I hadn't had a chance to deal with. The after sales visit by David was nice to have too. He just came to by check that the install went well and no problems existed (and no problems did exist). I have no hesitation in recommending Encore to anyone for any service. You really can't go wrong.

The employees who installed the door arrived on time, were very professional, neat, and efficient. We were extremely satisfied with the final product. We highly recommend them and would certainly use Encore Home Improvements for other work in our home.

I replaced my 2 storm/screen doors in 2009. I used them because they have done several such jobs in my neighbourhood and all their former clients recommended them. My side door has been perfect since day one. My front door has received many compliments--the paint colour was exactly as specified. The door has separate glass and screen inserts, and while I have had problems with the screen, Dave has patiently dealt with the issues, picked up and delivered it each time, and endeavoured to make it right. He has been courteous, business-like, prompt and reliable. I think most companies would have walked away by now, but Dave and Encore have stuck with me to resolve the issue. If I had more windows and doors I would use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Two thumbs up! Dave at Encore was a dream to work with. We recently installed all new windows in our house and are so impressed by Encore's service we would recommend them to anyone. After months of research we picked these windows because of the thin, minimal frame design, the ability to custom colour the frames (for minimal cost) and because of their professional service.
