We recently had our house windows replaced by Encore Home Improvements. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish dealing with the company and their employees. Our project was handled with great interest and respect. There were no pressure sales involved, the work and materials were clearly explained, and the project was started when they said and completed on time. Did I mention the windows look fantasic! We have already recommended them to our friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Encore!

The salesman (David) was very knowledgeable about the products,not pushy at all. Gave us a detailed explanation of the installation. The installers were great (George and his brother) very professional, they have over 60 years of experience between them and it showed, very good detailed work, they were neat and cleaned up the areas, no garbage was left at my home.

Thanks to Encore Windows for exceptional service from initial consult through to post-window-install follow up and advice on further soundproofing projects. Also, for their astoundingly effective soundproof windows which have reduced the effect of significant exterior traffic noise to near nil inside my condo - what a relief! A.

Since 2004 we've used Encore for all our window and door replacements.They always took their time and explained all the options available to us.We chose high security windows for the basement and triple glaze high performance windows for the main floor.Our front door has always been a challenge and the Encore team has come with an excitiing solution which will be installed in a few weeks; I know it will look great and function perfectly because that has always been the case with prior work. Encore always provides an "Encore"

Our windows were original to the house, built in 1976. We had previously replaced all the doors and one window several years ago. We were pleased with the service and quality of the installation we received from Encore. We didn't hesitate to call them when we decided to replace the rest of our windows. Being in the drywall buisness for many years;I've seen many contractors come and go. So when I came across a project for a sound studio that needed soundproof walls with soundproof windows I knew I could handle the walls but I needed a company who knew about glass and STC ratings. After an extensive search I came across Encore who was able to provide me with the expertise and the winodws for the sound studio. Great result! As I write this we are currently working on another similar project with Encore's noise reducing windows.

From the initial phone call, I had a great feeling about Encore. The were very respectful, knowledgeable and good workmanship. The information the sales rep gave me about the product is 100% accurate. I never though I would be able to enjoy the peace and quiet without giving up my view. The folks at Encore have a great product! I would recommend these guys to everyone in a condo.

Back in 2004 I needed to change my front windows. I looked around in my neighborhood at different installations that had occured in recent months.I didn't like how aluminum capping was used to cover the old frame and I know I didn't want this; also all the windows being replace were White and I definetly wanted a particular colour. Finally my next door neighbor replaced a few windows and the company didn't use aluminum capping and the result was a nice neat look. I found out the company to be Encore Home Improvements; I contacted them and shortly thereafter Dave came out to see me. I told him I was going to be different because I didn't want aluminum capping and furthermore I wanted a custom colour and I wanted my brick sills changed to stone sills.Dave was excited to have a picky customer who knew what she wanted. Weeks later the windows were installed perfectly and they still look great today (Dave warned me that the custom colour would fade being that they face directly South. In 2011 the windows still look like the day they were installed and I was ready for the remaing windows. Last week the remaining windows were installed and yes they were with the custom colour and Indiana Limestone sills. Michael and Phil were the installers. I had a pre-installation meeting with them weeks before the instalation, I explained what I expected; they took notes and when it came time for the work, they performed perfectly. Furthermore I have a big family event occuring and Encore worked with my schedule. I strongly recomend Encore because they focus on quality and the needs of the customer Salute'

The window's work great. I mesured the decibel decrease with a nifty little application for my iPad. Essentially, I have mesured a 15 db decrease from the original value. Put it simply the phisics work and your product delivers on the theory. I am a very happy customer... I dont wake up a 5 am annymore... And can take a nap even in the rush hour... I will contact you in a couple of weeks for the planification of the installation of the other windows. Sincerely, JS
